The box was not closed properly, with a security seal to seal it and the disc was not secure in the box, it was moving about.
Not acceptable for the 10km journey it made.

Ordered final fantasy to collect from…
Ordered final fantasy to collect from the store today (29th feb). Went in to be told that it hasn’t been delivered and could be delayed indefinitely. Terrible service from this company. Not even an easy way to make a complaint or sort my order out. Won’t be buying again

So after getting in contact with customer services and speaking to Em. I was updated that my parcel was delayed by a week due to issues with DPD. I appreciate this is out of their control but I preordered this game in October last year. I’m changing my review because Em the customer service rep was amazing throughout this whole process and kept me updated with everything. They are the only reason this review is changing :)
