I ordered a prerelease game for launch day. It was released last Friday and today is Sunday. The courier still does not have this. It was for my son’s birthday yesterday and should have just gone to the shop on Friday to buy this or use Amazon.
The Customer Service was great
The Customer Service was great, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The annoying part is I couldn't use my saved game points due to using a Sports Direct Voucher.
Other stores I went to are on the old system so couldn't use the voucher.
All stores need to run the same operating system.
Bad customer service
I work for Nhs, so barely have time during open hours. I got to the store with some trade in games and consoles but was told that they could not honour the upgrade trade in offer as they had no ps5 in stock. This is after they took my ps4 out of the box and could not put it back in when returned to me. I asked for a phone number so I could check stock will be in and was told there is no number. This would mean that I would have to travel to the store with ps4 every day to check if stock arrived before the offer ended. This is not ideal as I have 3 consoles to trade in and 2 new ps5 consoles to purchase. Please advise how this can be resolved
