I was told that you are no longer "taking back games"! Your assistant could not have been more helpful but...your "new policy" left me VERY unhappy. I will now have to tell all my relatives, who gift me game "vouchers" not to bother. I cannot see how this policy will work. Very unhappy gamer. Thank you.
