Don't offer the same prices in store as they do on the website for some bizarre reason
Noticed a couple of lego sets on sale on the website that I was interested in buying for my daughter. Took a trip to my local Game (in Sports Direct) and the lego sets i was after were there and in stock. However, the combined price in store was £25 more than online. Asked the advisor in the store if they could match the price with it being the exact same products on their own website, but apparently not. Thought this was a bit strange and even the store advisor said he didn't understand why they couldn't either.
I still ended up ordering them online and got them delivered, but the box they were delivered in was damaged/squashed.
Luckily, the actual lego sets weren't damaged.
The guy in store was friendly enough and ordering online was easy. I just found it annoying that they advertise a price on their website, but won't honor said price in the store
