Pokemon event absolute shambles
This place in general is good but we attended today for an organised pokemon event which was a shambles, was promised a pokemon paradise with activities, characters and much more but very little of what was advertised was actually happening and what was going on seemed very last minute put together very cheaply, very disappointing. What’s also unprofessional is that when I commented on their Facebook advertisements to let others know this they deleted the comments & blocked me from the page, shame on you gamerX wigan!

I was over charged by £6 on a product…
I was over charged by £6 on a product as it was sticked at £33.99 and was scanning through at £40. The young lad that served me was lovely and couldn’t fault him . But I think as the product was advertised at that price I should of been charged that

Not what it used to be
The staff in the Wigan store were friendly enough but a) I still think having Game sharing space with Sports Direct is utterly ridiculous and b) the prices in the Wigan store were ridiculous. As soon as I finished my trade in, I went to Cex and bought the game I wanted fsr cheaper
