It was my first purchase (ak2i), so I was a little skeptical.
I waited three weeks to have the package delivered form HK to Italy.
When I received the package, I placed some questions about the functioning of the card, and they replied within few hours.
So, what else can I say: good prices, and an excellent custom care office.
You can trust Gamekool!

E' stato il mio primo acquisto (acekard 2i), quindi ero un po' scettico.
Invece ho ricevuto il pacco in 3 settimane. Successivamente ho chiesto informazioni sul funzionamento della card, e mi hanno risposto in poche ore.
Cos'altro dire? Ottimi prezzi, e un'assistenza clienti notevole.

I ordered 2 memory cards for nintendo DSI, since Feb 4, 2010, and till now did not receive anthing, they made a mistake in the address, promissed to send a replacement never did, promissed to refund me my money and again never did, now they are not responding my e-mail, and they even has no phone to call, this compnay is a fake, do not deal with it, I rated them 1 star because there is nothing less,

Before i came to Gamekool, i did a lot of research. However i could not make up my mind which online stores to get it from. Finally i randomly pick Gamekool. I received Acekard 2i less than 10 days from Hong Kong to US. I went to Acekard official website and found it 100% genuine. It really works on my DSi XL (it just came out April 2010 in USA) with newest firmware. NO Disappointed. They responded my status quick too!!
For the same reason, 2 of my friends asked me get for them. i definitely shop at GAMEKOOL again!!

I was very happy with my experience on GameKool. The prices were great, they answered my emailed questions quickly, and the products were intact and delivered on time.

Acekard 2i bought item is genuine shipped to ireland 10 days not bad about same postage time as Dealextreme and i think a lot quicker at processing items .have bought more Acekards will let use know if it keeps up the good work.

I ordered the first time from gamekool, and after wondering, why they don't have my card in stock, i searched the internet and thought I had been scammed. But after now 14 (working-)days I recieved my order along with a little gift for the delay.
All in all, gamekool has good prices, a great email support(they always replied within 24h), and, regarding the free shipping, a normal delivery time.

I was hesitant to place my order with the generally low ratings of the site, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I ordered a M3DS Real Perfect bundle and got an excellent price on it. I was advised it would take 10 days from Honk Kong to the US and it arrived with a day to spare. The delivered product wasn't the bundled box, but two separate boxes that were completely equivalent minus the outdated firmware CD that normally comes in it. After tracking down the drivers, I've put the card though its paces for the last 72 hours, and I'm quite happy so far. The only complaint I have had had nothing to do with gamekool, but rather was that M3's website was a bit confusing about what firmware I needed. Take my story for what it's worth, but I'm happy. *shrugs*

Gamekool is a joke, a scammer. don't buy from them. they are lying, they tell you your item was shipped but it never did.

I order 2 acekard and only receive 1. even the envelope they send me clearly print 1 pcs and after I contact them and complain they said they"ll send another 1 out and they said they send it out on January 17,2010 and never received.

THEY ARE LYING WHEN THEY SAID THEY SEND IT OUT ALREADY.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STAR IF I COULD.

STAY AWAY FROM GAMEKOOL THEY ARE ARE A SCAM.

THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO SCAMKOOL.

Beware of GameKool.com. There is little to no support from GameKool.com. I received a defective product and they will not help resolve this issue. The product was dead on arrival (DOA). I have contacted GameKool many time and in many ways via their website, via their sale@gamekool.com, and via their sale confirmation email and they will not respond. For those who are planning to buy product/s from GameKool you will receive their product in 14 or more working days (three weeks or more) and if the product is defective do not expect a refund or exchange cause they will not help. I wish I could rate this company less than zero (-5 star).
Next time I will purchase from US or Canada site.

Note: Defective DSOnei chip. Chip will not be recognize in DS or the DSI console and firmware update will not update.

I have placed several orders with Gamekool and have been very pleases with both the items that I purchased and the delivery and communication from Gamekool keeping me updated on the status of my order. In July of 2009 I purchased a M3 i zero that had some connection issues. After several times of trying to fix the problem I finally decided to ask Gamekool for help. The same day I got a response from Gamekool asking for the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and the fact they went the extra mile for my order. I will continue to shop with Gamekool and refer my friends and associates to Gamekool as well.

I bought and AceCard 2, came doa. Still waiting for anyone to get back to me. You would be better off burning you money than buying from these jokers.

I have placed numerous orders with gamekool in the past year since first discovering them last year around this time. They have always delivered both the lowest prices and the quickest service. There is no hassle, the parts are relatively easy to find, and there is no doubt as to whether the part is in stock or not. I have had a few issues where the parts I have received have been returned parts placed back in the box minus a few parts, which I do not like, but they've been good about giving me the parts I'm missing.

i must they have very good information source...i saw lot of forum cite their information..and surely...they have very good price...you got choice of paying shipping fee or not...never think it a scam..already my 5 orders with them..all goes well
