Quick, clear, i ordered 2 w11pro keys, one w11pro key was apparently already in use, so i informed support, and got a response again quick and clear.
Now i will try the not free key on another w11pro machine i just purchased and make the requested screencopies. Expect proper response, as also was informed about by the purchaser.

Office 24 activated originally but failed to re-activate today. Get voicemail when contacting support. I am happy that is only a $17 loss. Lesson learned: will never buy from them again.
