I purchased Chef Life: A Restaurant Simulator - Bon Appetit Pack DLC with Chef Life: A Restaurant Simulator - AL FORNO EDITION. I was able to reveal the codes quickly, but when I went to redeem the DLC immediately after the game, Steam said "This Steam account already owns the product(s) contained in this offer." Unfortunately, no where does it say that the Bon Appetit Pack is included with the Al Forno Edition (including Steam and the official game website.) I contacted support on the small chance they could rectify the issue, and thankfully, to my surprise, Tom was able to refund the DLC even though the code had been revealed.

Game couldnt be downloaded, and they refunded my tiny amount of money after some headbanging (my own) They should have made it clear that u have to download and create an Ubisoft account and when u buy on gamersgate the said game is magically activated on ubi without a key. ( how this is possible, i have no idea) maybe i will try some time

I bought this game an hour ago, but they didn't give me my purchase key as a manual check.
It made me even more annoyed because there were no refundable buttons.

They had a game I wanted on offer a t a great price. I received a steam activation code and a receipt so everything checks out ok. It's just that, when attempting to buy the game, there was a glitch where the shopping cart first emptied without allowing me to purchase the game, and i had to do the whole process all over again, though it didn't really take much time.

I Purchased Xenoverse 2 told me to wait max 15 mins before getting the code been a whole hour! and nothing

Buying Core Keeper, a game that was on sale on Steam for $10, but available from GamersGate for a few dollars less.

GamersGate was able to immediately take my money from Paypal.

So while they have my money, my order is under manual review and on hold, for approaching an hour now.

Who the heck manually reviews things these days?

It is 9pm in the Pacific time zone, probably 5am in Sweden... maybe don't manually review orders if you don't have staff coverage to process an order quickly. Maybe don't even take the order if you know you can't deliver the product.

Avoid using this company. Read the other reviews reporting similar problems. Reflect on how many more people had problems but did not come to trustpilot.

I will not be using this company again.

I was wondering if this site was legit or not and I found threads on Reddit saying good things, so I took the chance to buy a DLC because it was 60% cheaper than anywhere else. I had the DLC within 2 minutes of making the purchase. And when it didn't show up in my Ubisoft Connect account, I was concerned. But it turns out I never even looked to see what platform they sell games for and I use xbox and it was a PC game. I explained my situation to their support and they did not hesitate to refund me my money. Not only is this site legit, they are not like big corporation where it is difficult to get a refund. They even gave me a discount code to go purchase a game or give to a friend the games on PC. Great Company there.
