Excellent customer service. Person who helped (think was the owner) was very patient and informative. Went out of their way to help.
item was well packaged, dispatched nearly immediately and arrived very quickly.
Was looking to fill the hole that animegami going down caused, and think have found a new place with equal-superior customer service, and better prices.
Be patient with waiting for email replies, I think the owner is currently working on their own. And if so they're doing an amazing job. Hope they can get help soon.

First time purchasing a statue from Gamersheek and I definitely recommend!

Initially the communication from CS was slow but once I chased this up I received a response the same day!

I had ordered a Special Order Product which has slower delivery but still arrived quickly within 3 weeks (which I think is a good delivery time for these types of products).

I have no complaints and will definitely purchase from them again!

I bought an anime figure from them. Good communication. The manager(?) replyed to my email very quickly and immediately sent out the payment link of my preorder. Though there might be some delay with the time (which is completely understandable, preorder and shipping from Asia and stuff). My order turned out well and the item was delivered in one piece. Will probably buy from them in the future if I catch my eye on another item. Thank you!

Product was absolutely faultless and genuine, packaging made it arrive without as much as a dink on the box. Royal Mail delayed delivery by a week and almost made me drop a star, would recommend the seller used a more reliable courier.

I've pre-ordered quite a few things from them.now and the always fulfill the order right when they'd at they will. Dispatch is always quick and when messaging support to check on an order the respond quickly and answer all questions thuroughly.

I had an issue with my package I needed to have my stuff delivered separately however I forgot to separate it at checkout.
So, I emailed gamersheek to see if they could help and the next day they emailed back saying they had sorted it for me

I had a great experience, delivery time was quite fast and the product itself is amazing. Great packaging aswell it was very secure and safe, definitely recommend.

Not bad, first time purchase everything looks great just had to wait alittle for dispatch but think I ordered at busy time but definitely was worth the wait!

First time customer, first order with this company. Purchased a high end statue (Iron studios Jaws). My most expensive purchase in my life and I was quite anxious nonetheless. This is due to being a 1/6 collector for many years and seeing sellers fold, bad comms etc. So something far more expensive, I was nervous.

From the get go, they had great comms answering a few questions. Placed the order and expected delivery late summer. However out of the blue I received a really nice email to say it had arrived at the warehouse, would be delivered two days later and wished me well with the statue. I thought it was very humble and meant a lot. Let alone surprised it came so early.

Delivery received a time slot of an hour, so no waiting in (result) and arrived perfectly.

Although I need to sort out a place for it to go, I had a check over and was shocked at the quality. It's a beast, super heavy and so much to look at.

I can't speak highly enough of this company. It will be my go to for future statue purchases (getting out of 1/6 a bit). Highly recommended and thank you for sorting out my centre piece (favourite film since a kid) statue of Jaws.

I've bought two items from Gamersheek now, and have contacted their customer service email several times to get information on their packaging practices and cancellation policies. They've been incredibly helpful, patient and quick to respond each time. It's obvious that they are also genuine fans of their own product because they take care in their service.
These are collectable items, and they make sure to send them to you in secure boxes with ample bubble wrap inside and air bags to give it the highest chance of reaching you without damage. My two orders from Gamersheek arrived with ZERO bumps and dings on the product packaging.

On top of all of this, their prices are very reasonable when compared to other similar stores, and items are dispatched quickly when in stock.
