Good flavors and customer support

The flavors are great especially once you find a flavor you like and I very much appreciate the caffeine-free flavors
Shipping however, is one of my biggest issues. Originally it was like UPS I think when I first got into gamersupps but then they used DHL. Why was I being charged the same about for shipping for a cheap company that would take 3 weeks to get to me when before it was always within a week. Now they changed it again to Uni Uni. While the shipping time is back to within a week I keep seeing others talk about how poor there service is. Which on one of my orders they didn't even bother to try and deliver and just said "sorry missed you" and i got the package 2 days later which shouldn't of happened for plenty of reasons.
Great product but the shipping services are so unreliable you may never get your package.
Lastly, and yall please bring Lychee back? Yall would sell out all the time and then randomly yall dropped it. I almost quit with Gamer Supps when that happened

The flavors are all very good! The cups and other merch are very high quality! Their shirts being my favorite. The only thing is there are a lot of cups that are made with other content creators, which is great! But I have missed a lot of the more original cups that they made for like there seasons. Still highly recommend the products!

The selection is great. I would say it’s gotten a bit over the top since I last ordered. I used to get ever flavor that came out to try them. But that got insane to keep up with so I just stopped rolling the dice now I just order to refill when the flavors I know I like and have run out.

They are great though. So keep it up

Overall a pleasurable experience. I’ve been ordering from them for a little. Any problems I’ve had in the past they were quick to fix or offer solutions. The powders always taste good and I’ve also recently started using the AFK brand line and it’s been great. The cups are always good quality and make for good gym shaker cups with pre and post workout powders. If you order anything I’m sure you will enjoy it.

All the flavors that I have ordered are great, last a long time, and are awesome. My only 2 complaints:

1. Shipping takes too long at times, up to 2 or 3 weeks, even during times when things aren't busy.

2. I wish you guys had more sales. Creator codes for free shipping/10% off is nice but y'all never have actual sales on your product.

Other than that, Gamersupps is awesome and I will continue to order for y'all.

The shakers the flavors honestly everting yall do is great from the designs to the customer support is great I just wish I didn’t have to wait 12-16 weeks for the stuff I order

Product “drift” has led to their original core lineup of reliable products being left behind in favor of admittedly creator-beneficial sponsored products of lower quality. Customer service is consistently unhelpful with general questions and robotic with order-related questions. A fall from grace from their start, but not unrecoverable if they begin to go back to focusing on their customers.

The products are fun and I really like the drinks as well! I love the creator collaborations and the ability to get a piece of my oshi. But I think the best part is your customer service. You guys are always super responsive, nice, and willing to help!

Gamersupps has been a great company all around. From the delivery service to customer service, I haven't had a single bad experience.

Great flavors, great customer service, i’ve bought tons of flavors, cups, and shirts from them and i have no problems with them.

Been using for years. And I may be biased because I get a military discount. But prices are cheap they allow payment plans for big orders. Customer service is always fast and is very knowledgeable about any issue I’ve had so far.

This company has always treated me well as a customer, thank you a thank you to the creators as well.

You guys are amazing from the product it self to the merchandise to the over all delivery experience. I have absolutely no complaints, please continue to show your consumer the same amazing service.

I really like their products but shipping prices are outrageous for such small packages, it takes me over a week to get them (Houston), and there’s no tracking. As it stands, I get 1 or 2 tubs a year. I’d prob get 10+ if they didn’t buckle and dime the shipping so much.
