This order arrived over a week late. I had to spend my time chasing this up with both the store and the delivery company, neither who could give a good explanation as to why I was given a delivery date but this was not met at all. I would not order from here again.

Hi Paul, your item was posted within our normal dispatch time-frame. Unfortunately it was held up with the delivery company, which while unfortunate, is not at all our fault. It's a shame you felt the need to blame us for this when we tried our best to find out why this happened. We also make it very clear that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, due to the occasional unreliability of parcel carriers.
