Disgusting service , ordered sea of thieves for my son bday and now suddenly I get a refund and a cancelled pre order , now I have to wait 5-7 days for a PayPal refund ..

Ordered a gaming chair. Delivered super quick with no postage and at a great price. (£100 less than Maplins). Unfortunately, one of the plastic covers on the chair had been cracked in transit. I told Gameseek that I would return the item myself as I only live 25 miles away. They gave me a no quibble replacement and a 10% refund to cover petrol. The problem lay with the carriers and the poor packaging, not with Gameseek. I would deal with them again based on this experience.

I pre-ordered a game around a month or so ago and just got an e-mail saying they have cancelled my pre-order because they were not allocated enough stock! However the price of the pre-order has now increased by £10 so will have to spend extra! Not happy! Will never pre-order with Gameseek again.

Ordered an item and received the wrong version of it. Have been trying to get a refund for over a week and just keep getting palmed off and told to contact the seller. Very poor.

Quick delivery, the game arrived in excellent condition. Customer service was quick to respond.
However, I would be happy to see a bit more (I mean ANY) protection inside the box. ;)

Paid for 48 hour shipping placed my order on a Thursday it’s now Monday and the order has not been shipped all communication with the company regarding the item has been ignored. I have spoke to my bank and the payment to them will be disputed. Be warned they are Scammers

This company can only be described as scam artists! Avoid at all costs!

Waited 7 weeks for my sons Christmas present. Ordered it on 10th December 2017 and it arrived 29th January 2018. Was lied to numerous times by this company they told me on so many occasions that it had been posted and should be there within a few days, or that it had been returned by Royal Mail even though they had no knowledge of this! I was promised delivery a week before Christmas. Absolutely disgusting service. Only use this company if you don’t mind dealing with liars and waiting 7 weeks for your delivery.

I ordered the card game uno on line. The process of ordering was very easy, the price was excellent value compared with other sites, and it arrived very promptly. Couldn't recommend GameSeek more highly.

I ordered the wrong format for a game, a mistake I saw immediately on the receipt. I then requested a cancellation. However this company has no customer service. They have a live chat that does not work, and no phone line. I was forced to send an email requesting a cancellation which they promptly ignored.
I then received a notification saying the game had been sent.
So I requested a return again via email, and received a message back the next day with no return details in.
I did try to contact them on Facebook, but they just direct you back to the customer service that doesn’t exist.
I have bought a lot of games from a lot of companies and this is the worst.
I would avoid at all costs, if anything goes wrong with your order, you won’t be able to solve the problem with this awful company!

I contacted them after 12 days of not receiving my item and they tell me that its out of stock lol, even though it was in stock when I bought it.

Placed an order 16 days ago and have heard absolutely nothing since despite sending 3 emails to customer services. They have not responded about delivery of an item, or issued a refund. I would not use this lot again and am still trying to get contact with them as they are failing to respond.This simply is not good enough - there are plenty of other retailers out there who take customer service seriously. If you don't want to be disappointed avoid.

I ordered the Shannara Chronicles series 1 bluray dvd but when it arrived the writing on the DVD cover was in a foreign language even though my confirmation email showed it in English!
I tried to contact Gameseek via live chat but it took ages for an initial response and then nothing so I emailed them. I did not receive a reply to my initial email so emailed again & had to wait 3 days for a reply.
They apologised & asked if I had access to a computer so that I could print a returns label but this wasnt possible so I asked them to send me the DVD in English with a returns label & I would return the original foreign dvd.
Then 2 days later they replied & said they only had the one they had sent me & to return it for a full refund.
I'm afraid that I had lost faith in them & was dubious as to whether I would receive a refund so I opened the dvd & tried it to find that it's in English with subtitles in a choice of 4 different languages. Consequently I decided to keep it rather than mess about returning it. I have to say I was very disappointed & very unimpressed with their service!!
