I received a confirmation email about 2 minutes after my order.
I received a dispatch email 3 days after my order and then my item was delivered 3 days after that - the delivery time was expected to be 4-5 days so actually fast.

I had no troubles with this website at all and would buy from again!

awful experience with gameseek.
I ordered a lego technic set for christmas on the 13th december. On the 16th I recieved an email saying order was approved and shipment in progress. Then nothing, no replies to multiple emails or through the website chasing the order. I had an email today, the 27th of decmenber (after christmas!!) saying they couldnt find the lego. If they had let me know before and not debited my account for something they couldnt get I could have got something else! as it stand I still havent had a refund and am £70 down!! appalling customer service

update I have now ordered the same lego set from the lego site for £4 more. obviously not that hard to get hold of, just not at the price they were selling it for. but again if they'd let me know I could have ordered it from someone else for christmas!! still not had a refund!

With deals that are too good to be true I know it’s difficult to trust a site like this but I’ve ordered from them a couple of times now and they are amazing.

First time I have bought from Game seek but will definitely buy from again. Great service!

No order email confirmation.
Product ordered not delivered and emails not replied to, just bouncing around to another email address.
Phone line doesn’t work.
Promised delivery before Xmas, obvs not gonna happen.

Just cancelled an order for an 'In Stock' item from this useless company. Order placed on 16th December, received confirmation email and nothing since, six days later. No live chat, email reply in 72hrs is no use so close to Christmas. The item is back in stock with Amazon again at a lower price with next day delivery, so it's a no-brainer. It's a shame that I tried to support non-Amazon sellers but they have totally let themselves down. I will never order from them again and I suggest anyone considering doing so should avoid them based on all the negative comments here. Wish I had checked here before wasting my time with Gameseek.

Ps4 game ordered and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Item arrived one day late . The game sent was not the version shown on the website. I was told this could be returned with a return merchandise no and a return mail label. Neither of these have been supplied. Two phone numbers are instantly caught off without answer. E mail "Customer service " is absolutely crap. Even the CEO email is fobbed off to someone else. Do not fall for their bull on the website. They do not deliver on eir service and don't give a toss about the customer. You have been warned.

it has been 10 days, the item has not been delivered and even they didn't respond to my email asking about where is the order.

Update: Got delivered after 11 days, but no response to email

This was my first, and possibly last, purchase from Gameseek as it wasn't exactly promising.

I purchased a simple video game on December 13th, expecting the purchase to process the next business day and dispatch the same day or the next (which would have been Thursday/Friday).

Did it? Nah... in fact, it wasn't until a whole WEEK later that the order status changed to "Dispatching" ...so, it took a week just for them to ship the game out?

Even more unacceptable (at least to me) was that I emailed them on Sunday, and was told to wait at least 72 hours for a reply. Fair enough I though.... 72 hours gone by and not a single response.

Even funnier was that the order status changed to Dispatching pretty much 72 hours after I sent the email. Coincidence? No idea, for all I know, they shipped it out and just didn't update until I complained.

I could forgive a delayed delivery due to Christmas, but a week-long delayed DISPATCH? Not a chance. Add to that not even replying to my query is poor showing. I always find it unacceptable when a company ignores you like that.

Anyway, Gameseek... never again. I'll just stick to the shops I know and trust.

I purchased the wrong game, messaged their customer services team to get a return and never heard back. I then resorted to contacting them via Facebook and they told me that their customer services team were doing their best to respond to me. If their best is to not respond at all then this company should be shut down as their website clearly states free returns as well as a testimonial stating 'educated customer support' - I received neither.

Game arrived after around 4 or 5 days, which is what I paid for. Only issue is my account didn't update to say that the order was dispatched, and GameSeek are extremely difficult to contact via Live Chat.

That being said, the item came in a timely manner, was pretty cheap and packaged as one would expect so there's nothing much to complain about!

Placed a pre-order for a game controller a few months ago (released early December - perfect for son's Christmas present). The release date comes and goes. No word from gameseek. Then find out on their website that date has changed to the new year. Check other websites to find they adhered to the original release date. Contact gameseek for explanation, told it's not their fault, fair enough. Asked for compensation for having a christmas present ruined - told very abruptly that they will not be offering any compensation. Asked for a refund as I refuse to do business with such an ignorant company.

I ordered a board game for my 10 year old son for Christmas. 9 days later, no game, no email, no contact number on the website and no one available for live chat. This is a terrible company.

I will now buy the game at my local toy shop!

Hard to get cyclone deals but what a saving £50 new in shops down to £30

My item was finally dispatched 10 days after my confirmed order and only after I contacted the company twice. My first contact attempt through the link that I found in my order confirmation mail was ignored and not replied. Luckily the online contact was fast enough and finally my item was dispatched. Lets hope it will arrive before Christmas.
