One of the best experiences I have had when ordering collectables. Such kind and understanding support team. I asked for a mint box and for it to be placed inside the protector I bought with it, they also shipped with bubble wrap and paper filler. It came in perfect condition. Recommend this store!

You guys at The Gamesmen absolutely ROCK! I ordered the sonic Shadow plush late Sunday night and received it Thursday here in VIC. I am thrilled to receive this as it is a birthday present for a grandchild this weekend. Your price is great too. Delivery from AusPost is very good. Kept me updated of my order during transit.
Package was good and clear labeling.

New Item came Damaged scratched and scuffed looking like a used item.
Postage was excessive considering the item was small and light weight
Seller has 52 cases of similar negative feedback on EBay for customers receiving damaged or badly packaged goods with high postage.
It appears seller knowingly posts items in poor condition without care of customer satisfaction
I was offered $5 refund or a return which was not at all convenient for my circumstances.

Board game arrived in a couple of days (Sydney to Melbourne AusPost) packages safely. Good communication via automated email updates and friendly vibe. Good range of toys and games.

I purchased a number of games in one go, and added an extra one after my original order. I contacted the company through their contact form and engaged in an email conversation afterwards. Different people replied and even though I gave clear directions my order failed to be shipped until approximately a week later after I emailed the company in regards to it’s whereabouts. It was a little bit disappointing with such a large order to not receive a small price match. Ordinarily this wouldn’t have bothered me so much but given I ordered about 12 games it was really disappointing.

I had a terrible and upsetting experience ordering from this shop.I checked out my order on July 2, 2026 and received a confirmation and tracking number the next day. The tracking information said my parcel would arrive on July 6 (Monday).I was eagerly waiting for it but it never arrived.I followed up multiple times but no parcel showed up.Finally on July 15, 2026, Australia Post emailed to confirm the parcel was lost in transit. I’ll never order from this shop again because it caused me so much anxiety and stress.
