Great service and a great price. I placed my order on Wednesday night at 8:30pm, opting for the cheapest delivery method. It arrived this morning, Friday before 8am. One and a half days! I am impressed. I was also really happy with the clear emails and texts I received about its delivery. I’m an older person and often have trouble navigating the information sent, because it is not laid out well or just inaccurate!

Faulty Game and NO SERVICE - BUY ELSEWHERE
After pre ordering AFL23 for PS4. It was sent a day after its release instead on the day only to be faulty throwing errors everytime it's played. I have emailed the store with the problems and asking for a full refund. No reply or any contact whatsoever. My last purchase from this place.

Outstanding Service
The Gamesmen consistently provide great 'old fashioned' service where I feel like a valued customer. It doesn't hurt that they're also priced well, the website is fast and easy to use with multiple payment options, and the shipping is always fast and well-packaged.
It would be technically easier for me, living in Melbourne, to shop locally - but I get better, faster, service out of The Gamesmen who are located in SYD.
