I entered the wrong email suffix (.ca instead of .com) when making my account and couldn't claim the game I purchased sent an email on the weekend with my problem they got back to me with the problem fixed in under 5 minutes from me sending a help email, incredible!

Not only are their keys delivered promptly, but their customer service is excellent. I was able to get a refund on a game I activated before realizing I shouldn't have bought it, even though that's outside their normal policy!

My son has bought a game from my personal account. I just send the guys a e-mail asking if it's possible to get a refund on a bought game... they understood my situation and within a couple of hours my digital wallet was filled again with the refund.

I recently tried to purchase a game on sale. I was gifting it to a friend who was in a different region, but the region that I was in happened to be region locked. Gamesplanet emailed me in order to confirm that I would be doing this, which in itself was a relatively consumer-friendly move, but even though I replied right away that I would indeed want to order this game they never replied to my email and started the refund process without my consent.

Their customer support team never replied to repeated emails even after several days, and refunded the order without even waiting for a reply. I've never had any problems like this with other sites. I can understand not wanting to sell to out-of-region customers, but the lack of communication from Gamesplanet was very disappointing.

Update (9/21/20) : After talking to support directly, it seems like there were issues receiving my emails due to spam filters. Even though the sale ended, the team was able to offer me a discount code for the product in question and I was able to complete my purchase. Even though there were some problems along the way the team tried their best after the fact to rectify them and I was eventually able to fulfill my purchase.

Gamesplanet.us is fantastic. They have crazy sales, and i've never had a single issue about being confused what kind of key im buying or their prices. I prefer their site to every other key seller. They slightly edge out fanatical in prices too.

I have bought 4 AAA games from them in the past month and a half. I have not experienced any thing negative about my purchases. I logged in through my Asus account and received an additional discount. They are a great place to buy game’s. I will continue to check here first when I want a new game. Usually i recieve Voucher coupons for GAmesPlanet from ASUS/ROG for purchasingand reviewing specific new products of theirs. I recieved 3 codes for a total of $45 worth of credit, but when i attempted to add those funds to my wallet of GP, all the codes came back invalid. after waiting most of the day in case for some reason the time difference between Colorado, USA where i am and GP being UK based having some affect on code validation or whatever, i tried contacting ASUS, but their provided contact link was actually broken and took me to a 404 page. So then i contacted Gamesplanet, at approximately 2:45 AM my time, to ask if there was any wqay for them to help me or get me headed to where i can. and t my astonisment, i reciced a reply mere minutes later, that was well written/ understandable and actually written by a persson, not the usual auto generated reply junk that most place have anymore. The employee, Rafal, quickly and conciesly looked at my issue, solved the problem, (asus had expired voucher codes), informed me of all of that, and even went the step further to extrend one of the expired codes i had just recieved for an additional 24 hrs, so that while i havent gotten the entire 45 dollars in credit i rightfully earned form ASUS, Rafal pointed outy htah none of this was actaully my fault, and that itd be a huge bummer to have basically done all the problem solving and leg work, only to then have to wait on ASUS, who i have yet tio even get any sort of response, automated or no. Otherwise, Ive had easy, perfect transactions through GP, buy whatever KEy/SteamID/GameLicense you are wanting, and after the transaction is complete, in monments you usually have your game codes/keys/etc, and actual, leguitmate ones too, unlike alot of the shadier, individual seller sites that are claiming to offer similar services. Rafal is an example of what real, quality customer assistance used to be, and really should still be, and i am thanklful for his excellnt assistance. Gamesplanet is a solid, legitimate and vetted digital games storefront for basically every companies own game lauchers (wasnt playing games somehow less complictaed back when we were installing on floppys and optical disks? I am starting to think so, lol), and i can say from my experiance, they are a great place to get pretty sweet deals on games you may want, and a place where you dont need to worry about some faceless person just taking you money and vanishing. Solid store with exceptional employees, Solid 8/10, I recommend anyone intrested, go check them out.

After purchasing and activating, my Uplay account was suspended and the game I purchased was activated on another Uplay account, which was also then suspended. Attempted to contact support through Facebook Messenger and the person managing the chat started typing then stopped. I sent another message, to which they started typing again and then stopped. At this point, I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, which then triggered all kinds of emails and Messenger responses, which all said it wasn't their fault and to cancel the dispute. Will never be doing business with this company again and I recommend you don't either.
