I bought a PC-key from gamestop the 5th Sep. Then the game arrived 2 days later and when i went in to reedeem the code it was already used. Then i sent the support a email and had to wait 2 days. Then i got a useless answer. After that i contacted a store who told me i could get a new game in 1-2 days it just had to be shipped from another store since it was sold out in the current one. Then i figured out it was not just to days i had to wait but 7 days (The 16th sep). The service in the stoor was fine tho and it is not their fault so nothing to blame there. Just overall a very poor experience.

Plenty of games on sale. The staff gave me a lot of different options to trade in certain games for other games I wanted to purchase. Great deals as well as discounts for systems.

This is very sad first experience with this company here at Black Friday purchase is likely gonna be the last..my grandparent purchased a game on Gamestop here in Denmark at Gamestop.dk to use as a present for a familymember it was F1 2017 which of course was listed as new and in stock.. then they scammed there listing under user-info and said it was sent 26-11, which it wasn't and obvious not in stock..(see picture proof)
first, until 14-12, they send an email stating it now was handed over to courier (see picture)

and then we could pick it up as some local shipping destination 20-12 and when we opened it, they, in fact, shipped an used copy with no celofan on it and huge tear-mark on the cover and obviously a highly used version with codes and likewise used and would be sad to give this a gift and tell you can use all the codes and things like that when you in fact purchased and paid for a new copy.
what are you doing Gamestop.dk you cannot operate with this manner in Denmark.??..
but glad we do have some legal info and have started a case as you can simply not scam people with used item stated as new.
anybody doing business in Denmark would know this.

GameStop have there Live Chat up and running now and it is super, the guys are super quick at responding to all the chats and i must admit im a bit of a gamer and annoy them with loads of random questions and every time they are super professional and so helpful which is a major plus, people are quick to jump and complain and never take the time to compliment staff or companies so GameStop thanks a million for all your undivided attention and keep up the great work your all awesome :)

Bought an Xbox One 5 days ago from The store in Amagercenter. Needed to return the console which is un-used. The idiot in the store would not take the machine return because "it smelled of tobacco" which is damn strange due to us not smoking at home !

Do not buy anything from GameStop, you will not be able to return your product , they will simply invent a reason why they will not take it back.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered, especially when I am a level 3 customer who has spent over 30.000 kroner at the store. I will not use them anymore as they completely ignore buying laws in Denmark.

Stay away from GameStop !!
