I am a gemtleman of advanced years, playing a 20 year old game. All the admin/server stuff used to be carried out by other clan members back in the day, so a bit of a steep learning curve for me. Everytime I've had a question, adding maps, Mods etc etc these guys have helped instantly.
Always treated me with respect, always helpful and always got the issue sorted. What makes me even more grateful is that the level of support I do receive far outweighs the pennies I pay for the server.

Use these guys for my Arma 3 server and they have been fantastic. No issues or downtime. Support is great. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, it seems the template they use for their SWAT 4 servers is outdated. Many of the map files do not match those found in the Gold Edition, meaning the server will kick you upon trying to load those maps. This can be fixed however by uploading your own map files.

The real issue is the lack of mod support. They advertise a mod manager, however they only have one mod on there. Most mods for this game (such as Elite Force), are launched through .bat or .exe files. They do not allow those file types to be uploaded through FTP, meaning you're out of luck if you were hoping to host Elite Force or other mods..

If you only intend on playing vanilla, and are willing to do some tinkering in order to get the maps to function, it's an alright service.

The support team wasn't able to install Elite Force for me either. It seems however that this is due to their server hardware, not lack of knowledge from the operator I was assigned. The response time was 24 hours. Luckily, they refunded my purchase within minutes.

I was able to host a SWAT 4 server on a Linode using wine with similar performance. I'd recommend doing that instead. At least you'll be able to use mods.

Very prompt support and very understanding

Long time customer, overall the service is good with just a few hiccups here and there. Support are always friendly and helpful in diagnosing and resolving issues.

I found this outfit last month and decided to give it a go.

The server was ready within 20 minutes after payment. And the server has been running well since then.

Jon, Jacob and Rob are good blokes and very helpful.

They are not the cheapest outfits I have found - but definitely the one that gives you the highest level of ease of mind.

As I am looking for SWAT4 hosting service in different countries, GamingDeluxe is the one I use for Europe area.

Performance-wise, their server speed is excellent. Despite the long distance between the server location and my location, the gaming speed is better than what I have expected.

Cost-wise, the pricing is very reasonable.

Responsive to tickets is also good. Staff are overall helpful.

The only weakness is that they do not have much choice for server location, but it would not be a problem if you are in Europe or America.

i couldnt use my arma 3 server after 4 hours of renting it, and so i complained, the staff didnt appreciate it, and decided to "refund" my server out of nowhere without my permission or agreement in any way or form.

I had set up for a classic DayZ Mod Arma server and was not informed of my username for the server control panel. I requested a password reset to rectify this situation and was immediately IP banned from my server control panel.

I moved my server for GamingDelux 3 month ago from GameServerKings because of recommendations and price.
The server has been mostly running ok, but the support that is included in the base price is VERY SLOW!
My server currently is down (for 3 hrs now) after a routine update and I have been waiting for a response from support for 2.5 hrs now to my URGENT and HIGH PRIORITY ticket.
I do not recommend Gamingdeluxe to at all. If you can afford it, DO NOT use Gaminddelux.

Best game server hosting company and an amazing costumer service along with it. I've known them since the old days of Battlefield 2 and I have only the best to say about them :)

Got a Red Orchestra server the other day but as it was old it could not be connected to, Jon at Gaming Deluxe spent so long helping to get the server running OK. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that went the extra mile to sort thing out.

Since the begin when I start to have services from this company I had allways the best staf following my requests and providing me a fast and good service.
Don't have any negative point to say and I recommend It to anyone that wants a good service in this matters.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and insanely quick to respond! These guys are the absolute best hosting service I've ever seen in my life!!! I have servers across multiple other hosts, (including through VPS'es I purchased from OVH that I manage myself), and these guys have been hands-down the most helpful I've come across thus far. I'm highly impressed. Their costs are also VERY low, which is quite surprising given their stability and the lack of lag you normally get with other hosts at that price. I may just have to switch all of my other servers over to them at this rate... :)

First time renting a server so i was a little aprehensive about the setup and upkeep. Safe to say GamingDelux walked me through every single little detail and because of that i had an amazing time on my new Rust server. I even sent them a support ticket at 22:45 one evening because i was frustrated with something i could not do,GamingDelux (surprisingly) answered within 5 mins and turned out i was at fault lol. Learnt a lot from them and would highly recomend GamingDelux if you are looking for an easy setup,perfect support and no hassle gaming on a pvt server.
