Scammed

Hi all,

So I've never used this website before, so I decided to try it and bought a copy of Stardew Valley for XBONE.

There's zero mention of any region lock, or anything. I'm in the UK, the price shows in British Pounds, I paid in Pounds, got the key after around 4 hours and I can't activate it...

I've contacted them and their response was: "The key has already been sent, go to my account blabla" full on **generic** copy paste response...

Looks to be a scam, wasted money for invalid keys or region locked keys. Regardless, their Customer Support is not helpful at all and just reply generic answers, indicating scam.

I bought a Steam Code for Fallout New…

I bought a Steam Code for Fallout New Vegas Ultimate from them yesterday. It worked. 4 stars because it took about 4 hours before I got it however it was MUCH cheaper than Steam. Just under £7 vs £15 (14.99). This is the delux version will all the extra DLC stuff. I paid via Paypal (credit card)

Worth waiting a few extra hours for the big saving

The worst purchase process

Paid for a Game code online, was told to email support to request it.

Support never replied until I opened a paypal dispute and now they're saying they won't provide code unless paypal dispute is closed.

Shady company with terrible service, probably a scam.

Total fraud

Total fraud! The Item which I bought can't be redeemed as it has already been used! But by whom? This website is a total scam and no one should ever buy from them. I have now opened a dispute with Paypal in order to get my money back, as none of the other employees is answering my emails.

Was worried as I paid for the Marvel…

Was worried as I paid for the Marvel Avengers without even realising I hadn't registered but they used my email I used with paying with paypal and made an account for me without even the faff. It then took some time to get the game code through and this website had me worried but the email had actually been sent to my "promos sectcion" of my email 7 mins after buying and I hadn't even noticed. The game code worked and is downloading as we speak. Try not to listen to the reviews on here, using sites that you're unfamiliar with can be worrying but paid off for me at least. Hope others trust them in the future as I will for discounted games :)

AVOID!

Purchased a game which was region locked. Nowhere did it state that it was region locked. Couldn't redeem code. Emailed customer service and after a couple of arguments they agreed to refund me within 96hrs, well.. that didnt happen so now i've opened a dispute with paypal.

Shady company, i'd stay away. Whats ironic is that if you go to the bottom of their website, they claim that kinguin.net is a scam...

AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The website states that a link will be sent to the purchaser of a game within 2 hours of them paying for it. Here I am, 48 hours after paying and numerous support emails later, still waiting for the download link to be emailed to me, the purchaser, so that I may access my digital goods.

They even forced me to create a completely unnecessary account stating that the download link would be found in there. I created the account and guess what? There's no download link to be found in my account. In fact there's nothing there at all.

I have been forced to contact PayPal in order to recover my money.

UPDATE: I have received my refund from PayPal and sent an email to Gaming Dragons instructing them to close my account and delete my information.

SCAM, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

So, I ordered a steam gift card 20 EUR. At first they asked me for ID photo, so that I confirm my identity. I sent them a photo, they told me that it is not high quality and I had to take a photo again. Eventually they sent me a code that had already been used. I contacted them and they explained to me that they will contact steam and ask for redemption date. This is when I realised it was a SCAM, because Steam NEVER give information about gift cards, such as redemption date or account.

JUST LOOK AT ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THINK BEFORE BUYING

Don't buy here.

So I was searching for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet complete edition. I saw the game was around 18€ on Instant Gaming but out of order.
I want buy the game for me and à friend. The complete edition x2 cost 120€ and I have expense in total, with the protection thing, 47€. First I waited 8hours for get my keys. Okay but very long. Then... I have see it was the base game and season pack... MEANING the most expensive thing, the expension pass, was missing. They first tried to send us the game via present but Strangely they failed... Yeah I don't believe that. I asked them to refund me 33,38€ so I can at least get the dlc missing for me and my friend, but they just will give me 50% back. I feel like I have been stolen somehow. Yeah I payed less, but Heck, that it's like lying on merchandise right now.

They request your passport before delivery and still don't deliver

I was hesitant about the site but gave it a go because I could use PayPal so have the protection.

After purchasing psn gift card, which advertises deliver within 2 hours this did not occur.

They instead requested a copy of my passport because my "payment information has too many inconsistencies" with my order. I did not create an account with them and the only information they would have from me is what I wanted to purchase. All other details and payment information they would receive through PayPal directly.

I reluctantly gave a redacted old passport photo and they still haven't responded within the advertised time to deliver.

There are many alternative sites online to try instead.
