Highly recommended

I needed a solicitor to review my redundancy settlement agreement.
The solicitor helping me was Jason Pradhan. He was outstanding and a pleasure to dealt with.
Jason has an amazing approach to building trust with clients. After our initial conversation, I was not considering any other solicitor I had contacted. I felt like I was taken seriously.
He was helpful, supportive, professional, and provided very clear and concise guidance making the process smooth and straightforward.
I appreciated how he walked me through every clause of my agreement to help me understand what it meant.
He made recommendations and provided advice to ensure my agreement was fair, pointed out a few areas I had not considered and improved my agreement.
Thank you

Keep chasing and get nowhere, they don't want business.

Spent weeks chasing for a callback and was eventually asked to email details of my issue - and then after chasing again had the response of " unfortunately we are not able to help you as we do not have the right capacity to deliver the service you need."

What a shambolic company. All the advertising, all the talk, but can't walk the talk.

Disorganised and Disinterested

Went to Gannons with a business re-structuring matter that they are allegedly expert in. There were some complications, but I was totally up-front about all aspects right from the very beginning. Was assigned a partner who seemed to understand scope, but Catherine Gannon joined the call late and de-railed the briefing to an alarming point. I decided to give them a second chance, requesting CG did not join briefing call. Received careful consideration, plan and estimate from assigned partner, and reassurance that the issues I'd drawn to their attention were included within estimate. Agreed to go ahead.
Partner then left. We were not notified at any point of this. Case was passed to junior associate who was OK, but had to check minor points constantly with an array of revolving partners. As each partner was reviewing the case cold, the issue would be noted as 'out of scope' with additional fees despite being briefed originally. After six months (the execution should have taken no more than two), the original budget was exhausted (I am not even including the issues deemed 'out of scope' in this). The work remained less than half done. At this point the junior also left the firm. We were passed to a succession of 'consultants' who failed to get to grips with our issues and in fact gave us incorrect advice.

When complaining to Catherine Gannon, the firm owner, she told me that 'no one likes/understands EMI options', that 'she had no idea why the partner had estimated so low', and that really the estimate means nothing. She also told me she 'doesn't read her email', when I brought to her attention that she'd been CCd into every significant email (including the initial estimate). She did tell me she had had ten partners leave, that Covid had been hard on law firms and that was 'moving to a consultant model'. I was given an estimate of c. £12K. I have paid c. £20K and the job is half done. We have terminated the job.

I've worked with plenty of commercial solicitors, some great, some not so great, but have never experienced anything quite like this.

Fantastic Service

Jason Pradhan did an amazing job with helping me with an agreement. He was professional, insightful and considered in providing me with legal advice about the agreement letter.

Alisa Dedovic, was amazing, she was my initial contact and she collated all the information and set up the meeting with Jason.

I fully recommend using Gannon's as they are very friendly and provided no-nonsense legal advice

Gannons know exactly what they're doing

Alex Kleanthous from Gannons is a brilliant solicitor. If you're looking for a settlement agreement solicitor, specifically ask for Alex @ Gannons.

He walked me through every clause to help me understand what the terms I'm agreeing to mean, in plain English.

He also made apt recommendations and advice to ensure the agreement was fair and that I properly understood my rights.

Highly recommended.
