Garage door wire snapped
Garage door wire snapped and needed repairing. Garage Doors sent an assessor out and explained the options to myself. I chose repair, so close to new door (prices are great btw). The repair team turned up exactly as stated, very professional door was repaired in about hour. Great servce from Garage Doors. Highly recommended.

Garage Door Installation
The Garage Doors South West team were very friendly and helpful, from making the initial survey appointment by telephone and helping select the best garage door. Installation was efficient and tidy, all done with a smile and no problems. Definitely the best value for money and most pleasant and efficient service.

Excellent service
Fabulous service from ordering to fitting. Lisa was so helpful and informative and the fitters were very efficient, tidy and pleasant. We really love our new L ribbed garage door, it has been much admired. It looks great and is so very quiet. We would highly recommend using this company.

Superb service, highly recommended
Really impressed by Garage doors southwest. We had a problem with an older garage door motor so I called to get a quote. The new motor was fitted the following day at a good price! Fitters were friendly, professional and were very good at their job. Many thanks for excellent service.

Excellent service and attention to detail
The service we recieved from this family run company was excellent. Darren was very attentive on his visits listening carefully to what we hoped to achieve and liaised very well with our builder. This resulted in the new garage door fitting perfectly in the altered space.
The door looks great and is admired by visitors.

Recommend without hesitation
I was recommended Garage Doors South West by a number of people and now I too can join the list of people who would recommend them.
I was charged as per the quote and it is an excellent quality of door. The door is smooth and quiet when it's in motion, and gives a nice clunk to indicate it has properly closed.
The door arrived in the time frame estimated (8 weeks) and I didn't have to wait long for a fitting slot. The installers were much alike everybody else I have dealt with at the company; pleasant and helpful. They were also very tidy without no mess left behind at all.
From initial visit to quote, needing help with choices, through to fitting; I have been impressed. Compared to other quotes I received Garage Doors South West is fairly priced and great to deal with, and local too.

Brilliant service from start to finish, very reasonably priced. We were advised an approx 8 weeks wait and door was received and installed in 3 weeks! Happy customer and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the service we’ve received and the quality of the garage door and fitting. We had to wait quite a while for it to arrive due to the current economic situation, however it was worth waiting for! It has enhanced the outside of our property. We liked the value for money and the guarantee of 5 years.

Proficient, efficient and more than sufficient in all they proposed, ordered and installed. Very happy with the product and the installation. A major expenditure - all of three doors in a row - but a one that speaks for itself. Very good installation crew as well.

TRULY FANTASTIC
Their “fantastic customer experience” claim could not have been truer for us! The first garage door was supplied by the manufacturer in the wrong shade of green and didn’t match our house doors, but Darren and his team of fitters were as disappointed as we were and had no hesitation in sorting it out for us. If only I could give them more than the 5 stars - truly FANTASTIC service from start to finish!!
