I don't normally do reviews but, for this company I make an exception, from ordering to delivery they were excellent in every way. The delivery driver was absolutely FANTASTIC, what a great ambassador for the company working really hard and safely, I hope the company know what they have in this man. After this experience I will definately be back and will recommend to ALL !!!

Superb service, ordered 4 fence panels that needed to be cut to size. All panels arrived correctly sized as requested, would highly recommend

I’m leaving this review a bit late, so Trustpilot won’t let me select the actual date of my order, but for clarity my order was placed on 31 January 2024. Despite the delay in reviewing, I really wanted to share my experience. The driver, Ryan, went above and beyond to help me. He unloaded the materials in a way that made it super easy for me to access them later, didn’t rush anything, and was extremely friendly throughout. His extra effort really made a big difference.

The materials themselves are excellent quality – solid, well-made, and exactly as described. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend Welch Fencing to anyone looking for great products and great service.

Lazy driver refused to reverse few meters. Concrete posts has dents, black mold covered fence panels.

Very unprofessional and rude. Custom size concrete slabs are not trimmed - this added another day of labour cost of installing their panels and they don't mention anywhere that trimming is not included. Returning custom size slabs is not an option too so i'm stuck with paying an additional day of labour costs after they said "we will leave this with you". Shocking

I ordered a few custom sizes slabs which were cut to size correctly. However on the cut side, the edge was not trimmed and cannot be fitted in the post groove. This was nowhere specified on the site and after contacting them they shut the phone saying that "we'll leave that with you" - very unprofessional. Whoever requires custoim cut sizes concrete slabs be aware of extra costs for trimming the edges. Outrageous

Would not order from this company again. Poor quality posts, I did not order 2nds! Never received the email with delivery date, so was not expecting them this morning. Driver was very unhelpful, not his fault I didn't have anyone to help me move them. Wouldn't crane them under my arch. Didn't care that they had to be left on a public highway not his problem, he was just the driver. Once I spoke to the person in the office was told I had had an email, which I had been looking out for, it had gone to my junk mail, sent before the invoice! When I said I would have expected a call given its load, was told they only deal in emails and it works! No apology. A very rude company to deal with. Thank God for good neighbours who came to my rescue to help me move 3 ton of concrete posts and kickboards.

Ordered 32 fence panels at a reasonable price. Received a quality product within 2 days. Customer Service was brilliant from start to end.

Our delivery was delivered directly over our broken panels that have been propped up, the delivery driver even moved some tree cuttings to deliver the fence panels. Nothing was too much and the driver was polite such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend.

Received email stated that my panels and posts were arriving today AM. Got up at 7am to find driver had been and delivered. Look on CCTV and items were delivered at 6:30am.
Driver did very well to professionally guide them into a small space in front garden away from the car on the driveway. Top Marks to Delivery Driver and apologies to the driver for not being up at the time. I would recommend Welch Fencing to anybody for prices & quality.
PS. Those Base panels are heavy. 🙂

called welches last week and ordered a 6x5 closed board arched fence panel and also explained that I had a second panel that needed replacing but it wasn't a standard size panel. The lady took the measurementsand my details and said she would call me back to see if they could make one to the size needed. She rang me back within 30 minutes of the original call and explained it was to large but recommended another company who did bespoke fence panels. I purchased the 6x5 closed board arch panel from her quickly and effortlessly over the phone and she gave me a date it would arrive 2.9.2024 between 12.30 and 4pm. It arrived before 3 today and it's good quality. I will definitely be purchasing from welches again and I highly recommend them. From the staff to the quality of fence panel. Thank you 🌟

I ordered 4 fence posts and panels and used Welch's online calculator for the number of bags of post mix cement. It told me I needed 7 bags and so I ordered 7 bags. I only used 4 but when I contacted Welch's to return the other three (they are only 1 mile away) they said they do not accept returns of post mix!!
I explained that the only reason I ordered 7 bags was because I used their calculator. The woman I spoke to said it varies because of the size of hole you dig !!!
As if that was relevant to the fact that they told me I needed 7 bags.
Its a nice little earner, tell people they need more than they really do but then refuse to accept returns of unopened bags. Buyers beware.

Can't review the fences but can review the £102 pound delivery charge? What on earth? I see somebody else was quoted £300.

Shocked....

£300 for delivery, are you actually insane?

i ordered 1 gate and 12 panels some of which were required to be cut to specific sizes to fit between my current concrete posts everyone was delivered cut to sizes correct and brought into my garden and the customer service was outstanding the delivery guy was great to
i did speak to claire at welch fencing she was brillant special thanks to her
i cant recommend welch fencing to highly brillant company

Can only be 5 star, because everything was spot on, measurements, timing, delivery and first class customer care and great quality for a great price, keep up the good work.

We have had 2 orders from Welch fencing , easy to order online , emailed to let us know when delivery would be , 1 was the next day , brilliant service and friendly delivery drivers , good prices , good quality, will definitely use again and would recommend 😀

I ordered concrete posts and gravel boards from Welch at a very competitive price. After realising I had made a mistake in the length of posts they changed it with no qualms, the delivery was on time as well .I would recommend this firm to everyone,
