Thought all was going well, emails sent to confirm dispatch, delivered on time. on delivery, I had a good look to see if all was there, but with it being a 10 foot by 7 foot shed there was a lot to look through. The only way to be 100 % sure would be to make the driver wait a good half hour while I looked though the instructions(very poor instructions).as I got close to finishing the build two main parts were missing. After some lengthy phone calls I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to be delivered. When we told them the shed was half built with no roof and would get water damaged if it rained we were told to cover it with plastic sheets( I did at extra cost).with the build quality being so poor it is really flimsy ,specially with no roof.just hoping weather stays fine or it will be very expensive fire wood. (Shed was a billyoh 4000m 7x10)

Garden Storage unit was ordered and arrived next day, smooth as silk! Can't ask for more.

I ordered this shed as it stated online that it would be delivered within 3 days, on the 4th day it still had not arrived so I rang up and they said that they had missed our order and it would be another week! they couldn't give me a delivery date until the day it was coming and wouldn't even say if it would be delivered in the morning or afternoon. It finally arrived and at best it is poor quality very unhappy with the purchase and the hassle it caused.

The service and simplicity of the transaction , the quality of the product and their prompt delivery made it very satisfactory!

I purchased a patio set end of May this year.It appeared reasonable
however somewhat flimsy.
After very little use two of the four seat bases split.Only used by two less than average weight people.
Have now contacted Kybotech Customer Service on three occasions however to no avail.They have not even had the good manners to acknowledge any communication.I can accept faulty goods if these are dealt with and rectified in a professional manner but lack of customer care can never be excused.

I researched for days looking for garden furniture, I am thrilled with our purchase. Good quality, attractive, easy to assemble, very sturdy and comfortable. I would highly recommend, we had no problems during any part of the transaction. Ordered on Wednesday and it arrived next day in time for my husbands 40th BBQ bash!

Easy to buy. Delivered on time. Easy to use, and, does the job - what more can you ask for?

I tried to order a table and chairs online, and paid for it. Days later they asked for a delivery fee. Then, when I tried to get in touch to pay it they were permanantly engaged. They then refunded the money without me asking, but I still can't get in touch! Do they care about selling at all? Don't fancy your chances of getting through to a human at that company! It may be cheap, but you can see why.
