I moved into a new house this year and have decided to try my hand at veg gardening. I found Gardening Naturally and they seemed to have all the useful things I need. The first couple of orders went very smoothly but there was a glitch with the latest one. Once I made them aware they responded immediately to put it right. I am very impressed

Bought two Garden Irrigation Systems for garden pot plants to cover my holiday, one worked and the other didn't. We tracked it down to a solar panel fault, and a replacement was sent out immediately. So both systems were up and working correctly within a couple of days thanks to friendly and helpful customer service staff who actioned immediately.

Excellent range of products for gardeners and gardens. Love the planters made from recycled materials. Ordered several to repot cherished shrubs.
Unfortunately, one was damaged in transit. Staff were very helpful on the phone. Replacement arranged,which arrived the next day via tracked delivery.

I rang & spoke to a polite & helpful lady, Caitlin, regarding some covering for a vegetable tunnel we spoke about sizes etc & whilst I was on the web she showed me what we thought was the right stuff. She advised before I committed to purchasing she would send me a sample This was Friday, the sample arrived Saturday & was correct. I ordered the cover Sunday & Royal Mail have just delivered unbelievable service

After being let down by another company in a big way I tentatively made a purchase of some expense from Gardening Naturally. They honestly could not have been more helpful and managed delivery in 3 days where the other company could not manage their guaranteed 10 days. Contact was easy with very helpful staff. All in all they were a pleasure to deal with. The items purchased, two Buckingham Arches were of the highest quality and these too I would recommend. To save you scanning the internet there is only one place cheaper than Gardening Naturally for these arches. You will be able to read my negative comments about this company there before you decide to pay that little extra for superb customer service and ease of contact and buy from Gardening Naturally. Had a problem with a item not working properly which we had bought a few months ago but had only just started using, was offered a replacement or refund straight away, asked for a replacement which was sent out same day. Great service

I had the wrong size pack of clips sent with my order. I contacted GN and they sorted out my problem with great customer service, and sent me the correct pack by the next post.

The netting that arrived with the product was not the right size. Gardening Naturally dealt with the problem immediately and sent the correct netting without delay. It's not about the mistakes you make, it's how you put them right.

I had an enquiry about the chafer beetle trap. They replied on the same day, and communication was brilliant. Extremely helpful and I have previously spoken to a real human on the phone too.. great service, very happy. I will use Gardening Naturally again.

Very helpful when I ordered the wrong product by mistake. Caitlins got back to me straight away and sorted everything out.

The customer service with this company are one of the best I have ever had to deal with. The lady I dealt with (Caitlin) was very proactive in sorting out the mess I had made of my order, the online link sent to me confused the old man that I am. She was so very helpful, calm, composed, informative, an absolute star.

My order was processed only after I emailed them asking when it will be delivered, as it was a few days without a dispatch confirmation email. Then was told it will be dispatched that day, still no confirmation email. Next day I was told it will be dispatched on that day and I will get it in a couple of days. I paid for 2-3 days delivery and received it after a week, missing the delivery because I was abroad, flew on the day the parcel arrived. Asked for a delivery fee refund, but was refused one, as the item had been delivered (yes, but it was late!) Not to mention the attitude I received from customer service and I actually never found out who emailed me, they never put their names in their emails. After I told them I will now miss the delivery because of their delayed service, they told me I should have told them that Inwas going to travel, so thet won't send me tha parcel. What? I paid for it, paid for delivery, so I obviously want the product. I don't need to share my calendar with them, so they can start doing their job properly. After expressing my obvious opinion considering the situation, telling them they should at least apologise to their customers, they finally sent me a decent apologetic email, but still refused to refund me the delivery fee.
So if you want your order delivered on time, or to have decent customer service, order from another website.
P.s. I still don't know if the product I ordered is ok, as I am still abroad.

I ordered what were advetised as pet friendly slug and snail pellets to find on the item delivered do not spill around children and pets. Called the company who advised i could return for a refund using a postage paid return label. The return label is not postage paid, return cost over £7. I dont understand why i am expected to cover the cost for goods sold with false claims! Beware of their misleading selling tactics.

Requested help in finding fruit cage in specific size. Received suggestion within two working days which was exactly what I required. Have placed the order.
