Gardening Express Reviews 

The express in Gardening Express fooled me, two weeks later and no sign of anything being sent out so try getting your money back, I am told that they wont deal with me for some days and then it will take up to ten days for the monies to be returned. Appalling, do not use them at all is my advice and ask them why they are called Express! Its a joke

Excellent service, plants delivered on time and in good condition

I’ve ordered several times from Gardening Express and have always been happy with my plants . They are very good value , arrive well packed and healthy . Delivery can be a little slow but given the quality and value of the plants it’s worth the wait .
I would definitely recommend this company .

Fortunately, the plants suffered a lot less damage than the box! Reasonably healthy conifers, although there are a few small brown branches to cut out. I was a little bit disappointed with the colour range of the plants - one slightly gold, four very green and no blue. Still good value.

Easy to order with clear information about plants, size of plant to be delivered and great prices. I was kept upto date with when the order was ready to be dispatched and when it would be delivered. As always, the packaging was excellent and the plants healthy and ready to be planted. Thanks.

The company kept me up to date with emails explaining that the plant delivery was delayed because of the heat wave. When they arrived yesterday they were in excellent condition. I was given a delivery slot of 2 hours and they were delivered during that time.

The website was easy to use and offered great choice. Although my plants took a while to be despatched, communication was exceptional and I received email updates on what was happening. When the plants did arrive, they were securely packaged and in very good condition. To be honest, by far the best condition of any plants I’ve bought on-line! I think you may have just gotten yourself a new regular customer!

The plants took longer than expected to arrive. However the company sent regular emails explaining delays. The plants arrived in good condition and were an excellent size and quality.

The Irish ivy and giant alliums arrived well packaged with only a tiny amount of damage.
The main problem for me was the time taken to deliver.
I ordered and paid on the 12th August, they arrived on 26th August, not what I think of as 'Express' delivery.

Good no problems delivery was coming in days was told Friday but got them Tuesday but plants were ok planted in garden now

Was kept advised of delivery. Arrived as stated and the plants we very well packed. They are the only company I've used that has sent plants in such a secure packaging. Hopefully I will be using them again.

The website is easy to navigate, and after I placed my order, they kept me informed. Delivery was within 10 days, which gave me enough time to prep the final planting positions. The plants arrived well-packed in individual bags taped together at the base, so none were damaged. The plants were very healthy, and I highly recommend them, as the site offers competitive plant prices. This is my second purchase from Gardening Express, and I've saved their site as one of my go-to plant shopping sites.
