The high street site has actually been selling garden equipment from the early 1930’s under the name Staughtons, who eventually set up Garden Machines as a sister Company. We are stockist for the majority of the leading brands of garden machinery and related equipment. The businesses current owners took over in 1972, and now second and third generations are involved in the day to day running of the Company. You advertise average delivery time as…
You advertise average delivery time as 3 days. I ordered mower on 26 Aug 24 and it arrived on 4 Oct 24. At the time of ordering the mower was shown as in stock. This is poor stock management and poor service.

Hi Robert, apologies for the delay with your order, we did communicate with you throughout this entire process.
Unfortunately although our system was showing we had stock when it came to pick your order we were unable to locate in our warehouse so had to wait for stock to arrive from the supplier, which we confirmed would be early October. We offered an alternative or a refund and you advised you would prefer to wait for the original item on the order. It is very rare that our stocks are incorrect, but discrepancies do happen.
We hope you are happy with the model now received and wish you happy mowing with it.
