Poor customer service!
I had an issue with a little bug on your website while finalizing my purchase. I asked for some help on your chat box, the operator was awful. First he did not understand my problem, then he was repeating always the same thing, “everything is fine, there’s no bug on our site” at the end, he disconnected me from the chat without a word… Really poor customer service!

Not a trustable company. Don’t buy online. Order arrived after two months with box broken and semi open. Since November 22nd 2021 no return instructions sent, no refund received
I made an online order on November 22nd 2021.
On November 24th I received an email confirmation form Garden of Life that the order was going to arrive between 1st and 6th of December 2021.
The order didn't arrive and I waited till 4th of January 2022 to write to Garden of Life customer service as, with Covid 19 and Christmas holidays I imagined that a little delay was normal.
On January 5th 2022 their customer service answered to my message sent on January 4th very kindly saying that, as more than one month passed since the order was made, it was my right either to get a refund or have them resend the order.
I answered the message and asked for a refund as I was travelling to the US and could easily buy the items there.
On January 7th the customer service of Garden of Life confirmed to me by email that the refund was going to happen in 3-5 business days.
Mid of January I bought the items in the US and was waiting for the refund to arrive.
The refund didn't arrive and, on January 18th I sent another email to Garden of Life customer service.
Nobody answered but, on January 27th, the box with the order arrived broken and semiopen. I immediately sent a message to Garden of Life saying that, I had already bought the items I needed, that I was waiting for a refund, the box with the order arrived after more than 2 months, broken and semiopen and I wanted to return it. In their return policy there is clearly written that you have up to 30 days to make a return. I asked for the instructions on how to return the order and get the refund (which should have arrived before mid of January). I also attached the pictures of the box semiopen and broken to the email.
I didn't receive any answer. On February 1st I sent another email to Garden of Life customer service asking again about how to return the package and get a refund. The same day they answered that a refund should have already happened and that shortly someone from their side was going to give me an update.
Nobody contacted me and on February 4th I sent another message saying that I hadn't been contacted by anybody to tell me how to make the return and I didn't receive any refund.
On February 8th I received a message from Garden of Life customer service saying that my case was under review.
On February 9th I sent another message making a recap of the happenings and, again, asked for the instructions for returning the broken box and getting a refund. No answer.
On February 21st I called the customer service of Garden of Life in the UK (there is no customer service in Spain to contact by phone) to ask again what was going on. At the phone teh customer service told me again that they were sorry about what happened and for sure I was going to get a refund as soon as possible. Regarding the items, no need to send them back because, the person at the phone said, "the cost of the items was less than the cost of shipping them back to the US.
On March 2nd as nothing happened despite the reassurances I got at the phone, I called again the customer service in the UK. They told me again that they were sorry about what happened and there was an issue with the refund (first time someone told me that). They were going to raise the issue with their admin dept. The same day, I also sent an email message asking again for the refund and how to return the items.
On March 3rd I received an answer from Garden of Life customer service, this time saying that the issue was with WorldPay... "our finance team are working with them daily to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible as it has affected a few orders".
The same day I answered the message asking why, after more than one month, several emails and phone calls, I hadn't received yet the instruction on how to return the package.
On March 7th another email from the customer service of Garden of Lifesaying that there was an issue with WorldPay BUT...." we would advise that you should now receive your refund within 7 days and do thank you for your patience"
Today is March 21st, no refund made, no instructions on how to make a return. I sent another message and they answered asking if I have a PayPal account. I replied why don’t you just make a wire transfer to my bank? No answer, I called in the UK again, and after two tentative (the first person who answered my call put me on hold and then hung up the phone) I was told that they can just make a Pay Pal payment. I sent them my Pay Pal email. Waiting……

Great products
Love the products, especially the vegan vanille protein powder. Easy to mix and has a great taste! Only bad thing to mention that the delivery can take up to 7-10 days which I find a bit too long, but it’s worth the wait.
