Excellent products and always shipped quickly. I did not like a collagen product, and I was reimbursed without any problem. The probiotics are my favorite. Recommend highly.

Payment via Paypal doesn't work
The experience would be great if payment through Paypal could work... As it doesn't, you are only left with no other choice but to pay with credit card. So I can only put a 3 stars, and inform you of this bug.

Great products hard to find anywhere else. Delivery is rather fast considering orders are shipped from the USA.
But the products are quite expensive and promotions are not up to my expectations…

Terrible experience! I’ve been charge twice for just one order. I’ve contacted their customer service but I haven’t heard from them and it’s been over 2months. Will not reorder from them!

While I like your producible to use 25% discountucts
While I like your products, I was disappointed to find that I could not use my 25% coupon for my 1st order. I tried the chat box but the rep said that because the products were already discounted (NOT at 25%!) I was not allowed to use the code. I think that if that is the case, it should be specified after the “inscrivez vous a la news et recevez 25% sur 1ere commande.” Je suis tres decue et j’aimerais que cette erreur soit corrigée (par ex coupon de la valeur de 25% de ma commande de 98 euros).
