I was looking for greenhouse acrylic…
I was looking for greenhouse acrylic panels to fit on the sides in a radius. I have tried so many until I found I found ‘gardensite.co.uk’
I placed my order and wow! Was I surprised they arrived far more quickly than I thought.
To my surprise this time I had the proper stuff I could tell as I fitted them, perfect size perfect radius and I am sure now these will last at least as long as the original ones (10yrs)
I won’t bother looking around and ending up changing them every 2 years because they were cracking! Save the name for first class product, prompt delivery, first time correctly fitted and I am sure long lasting thank you ‘garden site!

Garden arch did require two people to erect but easy to construct -just followed the basic instructions
Screws were undersized I thought-so replaced with sturdier ones

Love our new Garden Fountain
Our Henri Studio fountain has just arrived, ordered one day and arrived the next! Amazing delivery service. I ordered the Rowlinson Corner Arbour and expected delivery to be around 15-25 days. I had confirmation of my order, an email after a day saying it would be delivered in 4 days. Amazing service.

We bought a new shed on the 20/4/2021 and was promised a delivery date on the end of May. Despite numerous emails and calls and Gardensite blaming the supplier. We have still not got the shed, I was promised today that the installer would be emailing us with a date, but still no news. Really disappointing experience!

For most of our product ranges, when a customer opts to buy the installation service it can extend the lead time by (up to) 6 weeks, as advertised on the relevant product pages. I can see that you requested to add installation a month after the order for the product alone was placed which meant that the delivery time was, inevitably, increased. Regrettably, our installation teams are extremely busy at the moment and we can only apologise that this service was not as prompt as you would have hoped.

So i have had a terrible experience…
So i have had a terrible experience with these people including the customer service that believes you loose your consumer rights quoting their ridiculous terms and conditions. They sent me some really poorly made Yardmaster garages that had a whole load of manufacturing issues then refuse to pay return delivery as if i should be out of pocket for their awful products. I am now starting the process of small claims court to recover my costs including the one garage we erected that needed all sorts of additions to work. For starters the holes for the screws were either too small making it impossible to get the screw to penetrate or too big making it not grip. The entire garage is like a baked bean tin.
In short DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and certainly do not buy a Yardmaster single garage or you will regret it like me. I wouldn't even give this 1 star but no option for 0 stars LOL

It has been a great year for business during which we have had lots of satisfied customers however we understand that, from time to time, some may not feel that their expectations of a product or service have been met and, in these cases, we will always look to support our customers and resolve any concerns as efficiently as possible.
We make it as clear as possible that any issues with delivered goods, such as missing or defective items, must be reported to us within a timely manner and we will generally make good of these by either sending the relevant replacement parts or organising a collection.
Out of the 4 garages purchased, I can see that we organised a collection of 3 of these, as requested, due to your concerns over the quality of the buildings. Unfortunately, as you had already fully installed and largely modified one of these garages before reporting any issues to us, we were unable to accept a return of the fourth due to this being in a non resalable condition.
Having looked into your case, I can see that our Customer Care team acted appropriately as per company guidelines which we encourage all customers to read prior to purchasing from us. These can be found in our Terms and Conditions on the relevant pages of our website.

Very poor customer service
Happy with the product (well the bits we received)....however customer service has been very poor. Firstly delivery was delayed by a month or so (understood due to COViD etc).....then when the shed did arrive bits were missing. After 6 months of chasing we still have not received the missing sections.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered 2 products at the beginning of March, knowing we wouldn't receive our order until May. We paid in full. We have just received a phone call NOT from this retailer, but the manufacturer who deals with this retailer to say we will NOT be getting our order and we needed to contact 'Garden site' to get a refund.
The customer service is utterly shocking, we chased the order and are still waiting for a refund! We are being lied to by Forest Garden and this retailer.
You have been warned.....go elsewhere. Garden site are blaming brexit, covid and Forest Garden-they are blaming everyone and are not taking any responsibility for their failings.

Overpriced.
I bought two rainwater downpipe kits for my Vitavia Greenhouse from these people after viewing the picture of the advertised product on their web site. They were ridiculously expensive, but I needed them. What they sent me was nothing like the advertised picture. I rang them and they said the picture was one that a customer had sent in with his set-up. The picture was a completely different to what I received, and mine couldn't be used for a Vitalia Greenhouse without paying for more pieces. I explained that they have to provide the downpipe kit as shown in the picture provided. This was completely lost on them.
Edit. Pleased to see they've removed the false picture. So they do have a conscience. Moved them up a star just for listening. New Edit. Pushed them up another star, just for the reply.

We do listen and we do try our best, that's why we (Carl) offered a freepost return address for the return for a full refund and at the time noting your concern. We do have multiple images and honestly from the hundreds sold we have not had this concern raised before about what's included or not fitting a greenhouse, this is a genuine branded Vitiavia product and from a quick look online I can see its competitively priced, you are not the first person to say "overpriced" but we as a retailer certainly marked up no differently to the other branded Vitavia accessories we sell.
I am very sorry to hear your concern, and I thank you for updating your review, like this review, we do show images from customers to demonstrate the product in use, this is in good faith that it will help others rather than confuse or deter them.
