I ordered 2 Rosedene 5’ garden benches…
I ordered 2 Rosedene 5’ garden benches in June this year. I then realised I didn’t have room for both and changed the order to one bench. This was dealt with politely and efficiently, my refund was sent and my one bench arrived. I did need help to construct it, but am very pleased with the quality and style of the bench. It looks lovely in my small garden and is weathering well. Overall I would highly recommend this bench, excellent value for money.

I purchased a Palmako Karl 18 x 12 ft Carport from GardenSite. The delivery driver that delivered the kit (it comes on a very long pallet) was brilliant and very helpful. Unfortunately this company are an absolute nightmare to deal with and have no ability or understanding of customer service.
They delivered a product that turned up in a state with no packaging, instructions, and with half the parts missing it’s taken me continuous back and forth on email and phone, when I called to speak to the manager surprisingly they were not available and only want to correspond on email and after spending over 200 pounds with them they will not provide a refund without me paying £40 for them to collect it! I am totally dissatisfied with their service product and approach especially after seeing that other reviewers were offered full refunds and free collections just for not liking things based on some of their responses to customer reviews!
I can understand if I had simply changed my mind however the product is not as described, nor is it fit for purpose and so they are simply being difficult.

It is inevitable that, regrettably, this does happen from time to time however our Customer Care Team will always endeavour to be proactive in resolving such issues as efficiently as possible. Our standard procedure is to send out the relevant replacement parts and I can see that a member of the Team has been in contact with you to discuss this, however, you have stated that you would prefer to cancel the order. You are, of course, entitled to do this, however, we are not liable to cover the costs associated with the cancellation. More information on this can be found in our Terms and Conditions which we encourage customers to read prior to placing an order with us.
I can see that we have also given you the option to return the item yourself for a full refund (meaning that you would not have to pay the cancellation charge). This is still a viable option should you wish to proceed in this manner.
All of our customers are treated the same and we have official company procedures in place to ensure that these standards are met at all times.
We are waiting to hear from you regarding how you would like to proceed.

I ordered an Elite Craftsman greenhouse…
I ordered an Elite Craftsman greenhouse through Gardensite. The online systems was easy to use and clearly showed the options available to me. I ordered in February and my expectations were set that delivery from the supplier would be around 22 weeks. Delivery took place in August, having had to delay the first delivery date offered. Throughout gardensite replies to my few enquiries and were extremely supportive in arranging some replacement glass following difficulties with glazing the greenhouse. Those replacements have arrived. The greenhouse is nearing completion and already in part use. I’m sure I’ll be very satisfied with the final result.

BorderStone Patio Set

I ordered a flower ring but forgot to buy the ground spikes at the time. Unable to order them as a separate item on their website (I don't know why this is). Sophia Enigma Garden statue
I had been searching for a "Sophia" garden ornament which I wanted to buy with some money given to me for a milestone birthday.
The one I found locally was damaged. I eventually found I could order one from Gardensite. It arrived earlier than expected (I was told 25 - 30 days) and was extremely well packaged. I was very nervous when opening but glad to see that she was unscathed and is now sitting peacefully in my back garden.
My only issue would be that she was double the price of the one I found locally.

Masha Allah ! Very good product and service, and cheapest on the market - some people tried to charge me almost double for the same thing. Gardensite is good price and good service. The only issue I had was instead of taking two days it took two weeks to construct, and the ground had to be perfectly level.

My beautiful greenhouse
I purchased a greenhouse and was fully satisfied with the service from GardenSite and with the greenhouse - it is unbelievably sturdy yet the supports don't block light. When purchasing it my options for additional features like my louvre windows were obvious. It was the retirement present to myself that I had dreamed of.
