Gardens of Valley Ranch is a scam

Every year during the renter's insurance renewal period, the office staff harasses the residents about not having renters insurance even though renewals are paid on time and documentation of renewals are provided via email to the office staff and the interested party is correct. The office staff then adds a $50 surcharge to residents accounts. This is a blatant money grab by the property manager or it's an attempt to coerce residents into purchasing the overpriced renters insurance provided by the complex. Either way this is a frustration that occurs to every resident who uses their own renters insurance. And to further harass residents if they don't pay the $50 charge, the office staff will send a notice of eviction. DO NOT RENT at this complex unless you want to pay for their overpriced renter's insurance or try in vain to get them to remove the $50 fee or be evicted. No need for property management to reply with a patronizing response on here and no to "email @ dayrise.com" because Karen Vega won't respond anyway. JUST REMOVE THE FEES THAT YOU INCORRECTLY CHARGE FOR RESIDENTS WHOSE INSURANCE DOESN'T LAPSE!!
