Great product, great price, but delivery communication let the experience down.... I had no prior warning of delivery, and being single and working, it would have helped if I had been given some notice to arrange to be at home to receive the delivery......(a log store)

Bought a concrete BBQ from Garden street.
Item listed as easy home assembly. I know it is concrete so i knew it would be heavy... BUT. it comes stacked on 1 pallet for their ease of delivery meaning the first thing you have to lift, is also the heaviest. Even with 3 people we could not lift this section, so it sat outside the front of the house for a week, I needed to hire a pallet truck, (£70) purchase trestle supports, a couple of joists, a winch and staps (£180) just to separate the sections. Still needed 3 people to reassemble and even then it was sketchy. This is NOT an item for you to attempt without knowing exactly what you are getting into. The description NEEDS to be changed to acknowledge this, before someone gets seriously hurt. I also have tried 3 times to leave a review, (this is the fourth) and sent e-mails to the company about my concerns, all went un answered, or failed to appear on their website

Do not waste your time or money on this company we have been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. 1 item was out of stock they told us we could have a refund for the item of £50 when my husband questioned this it actually worked out the RRP of the item was £89.99 so they tried to short change us. We were given a delivery date and time delivery didn’t arrive i spoke to the company via live chat to ask if it was on its way i was told it was out for delivery well by 8pm it still hadn’t arrived.The next day it was still a no show i called again to be told will be 7 working days later and wasn’t even out for delivery the day before. Finally it arrived 7 days later with items missing we are currently still calling and trying to get the missing items they don’t seem to think this is their problem. We are just left hanging and told we have to wait for them to investigate. The man taking their customer care calls is rude and sarcastic He told me I’m not the only customer with an issue so i will have to “wait”. Unfortunately he seemed to be the only person I could talk to. Please please do not end up in the same situation as us.

Excellent quality, great price and sturdy build unit, looks great to disguise ugly bins like the fact it has a back as not against a wall, easy build for 2 people

Superb service from this company. Bought an awning which was sold at a great price, delivered very quickly by a most helpful driver. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ordered the Bali 4 seater garden set recently at almost half the price of most other sites. All arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition.

Would have been 5 star if there had been notification of when delivery was coming but certainly have no complaint with the purchase or product.

Initial hic-cup with the delivery company Garden Street took this in their stride and organised delivery with a new delivery company within 24hrs. Outstanding customer service.
Goods arrived as ordered and duly erected.

I am utterly appalled by my experience with Garden Street. I purchased a Palram-Canopia Skylight shed over two months ago and not only was the wrong shed (Rubicon model) delivered, but I have been stuck in a nightmarish loop ever since. They still have £750+ of my money, and I have no shed and no clear date for when—if ever—this will be resolved.

Communication? Practically nonexistent. Every time I chase them, I get vague promises that they’re “looking into it” or “waiting on the supplier.” Their latest update was just another round of finger-pointing at the supplier, with absolutely no sense of urgency.

I made it crystal clear that I needed either the correct shed delivered promptly or my money returned. Yet here I am, still out of pocket and forced to consider a chargeback. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Garden Street at all costs. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever endured.

I got item , delivery driver was very helpfull have put chairs away for winter .On checking item I noticed 2 screws had been put in wrong and had burst through other side of wood and were sticking out will sort that when I get them out. They look good and strong though so fairly happy.

Good company to deal with. The prices are very reasonable. We ordered a self build large 'car port' for our motorhome.
Unfortunately several of the parts were damaged - poor packing from the manufacturer, howerer Garden Street customer service were on the case and parts were replaced with no fuss. They did take a while to arrive but it was much better packaged than the original.
I did like the fact that in the kit there was some spare bolts and screws, great if you drop one!

Really pleased with my purchase from Garden Street.
Felt I paid a good price for my Hartman Amalfi 6 Seat Dining Set as I browsed online a lot before clicking the button.
Good communication throughout.
Delivery driver was pleasant and friendly.
Husband put it all together easily and we’ve enjoyed many cuppas in the autumn sunshine.

Placed order beginning of August as it said 7-21 days delivery. After emailing several times after , there was always an excuse as to way it couldn’t be delivered.
Was issued a refund as just couldn’t keep waiting . Ordered last week from another company and it arrived today .
Have never known such bad customer service.

I bought a 3 seater swing. It was a good quality wooden swing. The delivery man was very helpful and parked the pallet to where I wanted it to be. They were very heavy as it is a 3 seater however there were some defects on the canopy of the swing and I contacted customer service. I emailed them with photos of the damage. Customer service was brilliant and acted immediately. They sent me the replacement slats very quickly. I haven’t assembled the swing yet as winter is approaching and I am sure it will look fantastic when it’s up. I will definitely buy from garden street again as they are the best price online. Thank you garden street for a wonderful customer service.

An absolute bunch of cowboys, waited 3 weeks for a shed that has not arrived, do not answer phone or answer voicemails, poor customer service from day one. 1 star rating as their is no zero star.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in store and on line. The reclining high back garden chairs, foot stools and table are such great quality AND their delivery agents were excellent and kept us informed as to when everything would be delivered. This is our second lot of furniture from Garden Street and to be honest we didn't give any thought to buying from elsewhere.

We bought a garden table and chairs from Garden Street as they had the best online price for the item. Delivery was as scheduled and the driver was very helpful in getting the loaded pallet as close as possible to where we needed it. Very happy with the service and item bought.

No problems or hitches, very pleased with the service we received from them. One satisfied customer.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Placed an order for an item over £1000. 9 days after the order I called requesting an update on delivery and told they would get back to us. By day 14 we had had no reply so emailed, again nothing. Called on day 17 and was told their supplier was no longer able to honour the sale. Apart from the lack of in house management of the sale and supply, if I had not chased Garden Street we would have been none the wiser for some time yet

I purchased a garden shed from this company there were lots of problems with it I had to buy extra wood to replace broken pieces bent wood split wood I had to continue with the build as the workman could only do it that day . I contacted the company they said they would only send me out spare parts which I didn’t want they have offered me a refund if I take it down which I can’t do being a disabled pensioner and also I have already paid someone to build this one so I can’t afford to pay again so just be warned quality is rubbish.

Top service at great price and excellent quality patio cover, superb delivery phoned an hour before expected delivery, nothing to much trouble for guys to do , very heavy item put exactly where I wanted thanks Colin
