I purchased a waterbutt connector and it was refunded about a week later saying that I can’t buy it as I have to buy a greenhouse from them first, I don’t quite know why they would ask me to write a review on this.

The potting table was excellent quality easy to put together and brilliant value for money. I would use this company again without hesitation

Excellent product. Delivered efficiently and on time. This sturdy wooden structure was easy to construct with an electric screw driver. It needs two people to do this because it is bulky to move. I'm very pleased with this practical garden storage unit.

I will never use this company again, they ship poor quality products which are not always apparent on arrival then will do everything to get out of resolving any issues.

The delivery driver was brilliant, courtious and on time the goods were well packaged, I was able to check the items using the enclosed listened when my builder arrived he was able to get straight onto the job.
Which was completed in a day.

I ordered a CORE 5 SHELF STORAGE UNIT on 26 Aug 2023 . It was stated as being in stock with 1 to 5 working days delivery. After 10 working days and no contact, I emailed a query, and was told "sorry, the original despatch has been lost". A replacement can be sent but the item is out of stock for a month. I requested a refund and ordered the identical item from another company which was delivered in two days.

We bought a metal Olympian Sapphire shed from Garden Street as they had a very good price and I could choose my delivery day. The shed arrived on the right day, and we were telephoned 30 minutes before delivery. The driver was great and brought his vehicle right to where we needed the shed to be delivered. The shed itself we had a few problems with - presumably manufacturers issues. For example the fixing kit had 10mm bolts but the instructions said use a 12mm drill bit - which of course you do before realising you have 10mm bolts and 10mm holes in the fixing frame! The size of shed given is the absolute external measurements including overhang of the roof so your internal measurements are quite a lot different. Some items were wrapped together so you could not see the part numbers until you had taken them apart and some items the stamp or part marker were unclear. Some items had a plastic protection on them but there was nothing in the instructions about this and we did not realise until they were fixed in place so had to take them apart again to get this wrapping off properly - which was a bit annoying. Some instruction diagrams showed extra support bars on one image but not on the next - again confusing to someone who has not put one of these together before. Having completed it we have had a few leak issues where we have either missed a plastic washer or the plastic washer has been damaged in taking it off the sprues (they come in sheets like an air fix kit). The single door lock is poor design as the hasp does not cover the fixing screws when in a locked position. We moved the single door to the other side so had to transpose the instructions but it worked. You need at least two people to build this shed - we had 10 and it took two days.

I’ve waited until my log store has had some use before reviewing. Firstly delivery was excellent-on the date agreed and hassle free. The store is very well made, sturdy and easy to construct-although I’d suggest using a power screwdriver. Once the logs are in, there is no movement at all and the logs are well protected from the elements. I may purchase a front rain screen due to the stores location. Overall, it’s a well made, easy to construct log store that’s absolutely fit for purpose-and a very competitive price!
