Terrible customer service. Placed an order for some fence panels and at time of ordering was told they would be two weeks. It’s now been nearly 6 weeks and still haven’t received it! Conflicting information whenever I try and call or email them. Also always say they will get back to me and never do. I appreciate delays can happen, however there is no excuse for the lack of communication along the way. I am supplying these for a client to finish off a Project and they too are getting very frustrated with the excuses

I needed a 8×4 board for the porch and this was the only 10 foot x 2 foot size I could find. I also found a bundle of assorted gutter screens and landscaping supplies, but I liked the wood color. The patio pieces were easy to assemble, and customer service walked me through each step of installing them with a phone call – what a great buy.
