What do you call a company that you clearly show, that they sold you used, incomplete sports equipment with obvious signs of damage, and this company claims that this is not true?

The company that delivered the bicycle to me, NRG fitness BV, now claims that the damage occurred during transport, even though they received photographic documentation that clearly shows, that they sold and shipped me a bicycle with numerous damages that were very poorly concealed, e.g. a dent on the wheel was painted over with a black marker. They are liars.
Avoid Garlando, the producer of the Toorx brand, which is completely uninterested in taking responsibility for the fact that their distributor, NRG fitness, sells their goods to customers in a damaged and incomplete condition.
