My order hasn’t been fulfilled and the communication from the seller has been extremely poor. Still awaiting refund.

Placed order and haven’t received it and can’t get hold of company threw phone email and instagram

Very poor service ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and still havent received it even though i paid extra for next day delivery shame on yourselves now im 250 pounds out of pocket when i try to call the number doesnt work and these never reply to emails disgusting appaling service i will be taking legal action

I was also provided with a discount code for signing up to a newsletter and the code does not work so not a great experience do far...

Unfortunately a website error led to the despatch of the wrong size item, however I got in touch with Ross and I was treated with respect and great customer service.
