So I think the team is very responsible. The plants and animals were all safely packed and came to me healthy. The only thing that made the experience a bit less good was that it took a really long time until the package arrived. But I must say it was also a. But my fault because I ordered on a weekend with a holiday in the next week so that slowed the delivery down a little bit. Other than that my experience was great 😊

So good. They waited until the holiday was over. They have good support and the animals I got were all alive and healthy.

Delivery took only 2 days from switzerland to germany, everything went perfect, packaging was perfect and the shrimps were all fine, i have ordered for years from them, always top notch service, years ago the only time ever, there was a shipping problem they replaced it, returning customer ever since, would raccomend them

Absolutely awfull experience. I orderd a bunch of shrimp that all arrived dead after the 24h shipping i payed 50€ for actually took them iver 48h not counting the time the shrimp sat boxed up in their dispatch center. The shrimp were dead apone arrival most likely do to thermic shock ad the water was freezing. It was porely packaged on a thin Styrofoam box with a measly heatpack that was cold to the touch at the bottom. The customer suport still has not refunded me 2 weeks after this whole ordeal started and have passed me around, claming they issued a refund that i would recive within 1-2, 8 days later and its nowhere to be found. I asked them to provide proof of actually issuing the refund to which i got a reply of " sorry we have too many emails rn". Absolutely awfull company that takes no care in shipping theor live stock. And any plants you buy from them are riddled with duckweed, so you better quarantine them for a cuple of weeks to weed out the duckweed.

Great service, big selection of animals and plants. Good package everything went perfect. Definitely not my last order. 😊 Thank you Garnelio Team !

I was excited to find out about this store, delivering invertebrates in EU.
1. ordered 20 snails
2. paid for next-day delivery (35 euros)
3. they packed snails the same day
4. after 2 days, UPS received the package
5. Delivery takes 4 days (instead of 24 hours)
6. After 6 days package received
7. When opening package, the smell of dead snails was unbearable
8. Filled a complaint for 6 snails that are dead for sure (others are mostly closed and not moving)
9. Garnelio is completely ignoring my complaint
10. Now 4 more snails are dead and counting

Would not recommend!

Quick delivery , great packaging and service - better and healthier than my local store

Koi and accompanying fish arrived within hours, extremely carefully packed in sturdy foam cases and bags with enough room and oxygen.
Koi babies have banded together and are exploring my well - worn pond as a swarm.
Are very nervous though and do not trust me yet, often hiding under the water lily leaves.
Let's see if I can entice them with tasty tidbits - any tips?

I purchased yellow shrimp and snails, and I am very satisfied with my experience. The delivery was extremely fast, and the animals were packaged in a very appropriate and careful way.

I was truly impressed by the excellent condition of the shrimp and snails upon arrival. There were even many babies included, which was a wonderful surprise! Even weeks later, all the animals are still in great health and thriving.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality aquatic animals.

Poor service via mail. Received wrong order. They needed one week to send it again. They stated that it was sent out and i took 2 days off to wait at home for the post to arrive. When they received my complaint the apologised and said that the order was not shipped out yet that it was a mistake that they thpught that it was already shipped out. They do not respond on mails and phone. Crap customer service. Would not buy here again at all. They need 2 days to respond to one mail.

I placed three orders with this company; the first two were sent to the wrong address. The shipment contained livestock and the person who received it had to send it to the veterinary authority. The company admitted it was their mistake. When I ordered a third time, I quickly sent them an email to remind them not to put the wrong address, but they informed me that the wrong address was put again on the package. When I asked for a refund of the package, they stated that they will only offer a refund if they receive the package in return. Once again, this package contains livestock. How am I supposed to get my refund if the refund is dependent on receiving the order back when it was sent to a wrong address. I do not recommend this company.

The neocaridina crabs I bought were not as described. They were supposed to be white blizzard crabs, but only one out of fourteen was white, some had no white at all. I am really disappointed, as the crabs were expensive.

I bought shrimp food twice and various products were sent to me from Greece. They arrived well packaged and carefully packaged. My shrimp love your products and your prices are very good, even for shipping. Thank you very much.

Would give 0 if possible in any way. Horrible service, no customer support or anyone who speaks English. They just take your money and dont care for your order at all. Worst experience ever

Was nice to order plants you don't see much of here(ireland).
Well packaged and all plants looked great upon arrival. Had one small issue with the order but was quickly and easily sorted by customer service. Will be ordering again soon
