Very good service with excellent animal quality.
Five Stars. I'm from Portugal so the animals spent 4 days in the shipment and arrived all alive and in good condition.

I ordered Shrimps, snails and plants. It took one week from Germany to Denmark.
At arrival, the shrimps were fine, but the snails were smelling (they were dead) and four of them were very, very small.
Two out of five plants were dead, and the rest in a very poor condition.
I have tried to contact Garnelio.de several times, but they don't answer.
This was the first and LAST time I ordered from Garnelio.de.
