Most of the clothing is quality
Most of the clothing is quality. GH has the best customer service. Returns are easier because they send a label with your items. Many companies do not. I like the sales and particularly when free shipping is available. This is a very reliable company.

No Customer Support
I don’t ordinarily write reviews, but people need to understand how bad Garnett Hill is. Half the time, things ship, and the quality is ok. However when your order goes wrong, and it will, there is absolutely no customer service response, nor accountability. I bought from them for years, but all the good was quickly wiped out by the bad. Do not order from Garnett Hill.

Now that my settee has been delivered…
Now that my settee has been delivered (On Time!!) and is safely set up in my apartment, I am ready to write my review! The Hampton Settee is remarkable...I couldn't have hoped for anything more. it is the perfect size (not a 'couch' but a 'settee') for a smallish room. The fabric is beautiful and the construction feels quite sturdy. It is the perfect piece of furniture to fill in a space or complete a room's decor...I chose the 'yellow", a bold mustard actually, and it provides the perfect pop of color. Great service!

Garnet Hill orders and returns smooth but not transparent enough
Garnet Hill orders and returns go smoothly, but they do not provide enough invoice information. When I get a refund, I want to see a detailed accounting of what was returned (cost, tax, shipping) and if an exchange, what was charged. My account's order history doesn't show that, and the notifications I received about my most recent return did not show that.

Soft Cabled T-neck sweater
The cashmere cabled T-neck arrived and added well to my collection. This sweater is very soft and has a nice drape. I would definitely recommend this sweater to give as a gift or to treat yourself.

Things I like / things I don’t
Things I like: the fabric. Soft and comfortable. The pockets in the pants - wonderful. The color pattern — attractive. Things I didn’t like: despite following the washing instructions to the letter, the pajamas shank. They still fit but not quite as comfortably prior to washing. And the elastic on the sleeves is too tight for my small wrists.

The order taker sent the presents of…
The order taker sent the presents of pajamas to me at 17 Tennis Court in Albuquerque instead of to the grandchildren at the Mercedes address in Dallas. This made the presents too late to send for the birthday. All my pre planning was for naught.

Pheobe button-front dress
I ordered 2 dresses (M&L) and the medium 1 fit perfect.
I called to try to stop shipment of the large, but it had
already been sent out. No worries, and the lady who
took my call was kind enough to take off the shipping charges. I have a Garnet Hill top that is a large so I was happy to fit into a medium dress!

I love the jacket
I love the jacket - the print, the fit. The reason for the 3 stars is I had to exchange the size from my original order. The process went well, and fast. I am wearing it for the first time and am overwhelmed with the scent of perfume at the collar (not mine, I don't wear perfume). It was apparently a previously returned item.

Inundated with emails
The boots were fine, but I specifically did NOT sign up for emails to be sent to me, almost daily.
I went to 'unsubscribe' and was not allowed to submit because there was an 'unknown?' Or something? entered? I assure you it was quite bland and rated G.
PLEASE JUST STOP THE EMAILS.
No one, no one, is going to purchase from you if their hackles rise at YET ANOTHER EMAIL FOR YOUR LATEST SALE.
