I ordered thousands of dollars from Garnet Hill. Only a few items did not fit so I returned them, but customer service was awful. I am not sure I will do business again with Garnet Hill.

Cashmere is beautiful. Styles are unique. I'd like more basic, classic styles in their cashmere. I have a conservative job and the majority of Garnet Hill styles aren't suitable for my work. I do love wearing Garnet Hill cashmere for home, casual, or date night wear.

I’ve been a GH fan for decades…..from clothes, shoes, and of course bedding. Over the years with aging and life style changes, I probably don’t buy as many clothes, but I still look and “fantasize”. (But I do still buy bedding and home).
I feel the store may have been taken over by another company….things are just different. Most importantly of all, they no longer offer measurements.
That was a HUGE offering. Size charts are useless.
So far I’m still happy with the bedding/home, etc. But I won’t be bothering checking out clothing any longer.

Ordering was easy and person was helpful. I got my merchandise in timely manner. I love my shell and sweater and I have already worn it many times.

The shipping is very very delayed eventhough the item is in stock.

There was a lot of confusion over a sale item I ordered. First it was available, then it was shipping later, then the delivery date was pushed back again.
I contacted customer service and they confirmed the item was available. A short time later I received an email stating my order had been cancelled because the item was no longer available.
I contacted customer service again and they confirmed it was unavailable.
I don’t understand how they say an item is available and a week or more later they say it’s not. Maybe they should work on keeping their inventory and website updated.

The customer service person on the phone was extremely nice and only wanted to help me out. I felt heard and taken care of, which is rare these days.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They were too large so I filled out the return or exchange form. I clearly asked to exchange them for another size.
Perhaps the receiving department skipped that request and instead returned my money less a 15.00 shipping fee!!

Easy to purchase an item, arrives quickly, loved what I bought!

Garnet Hill has wonderful products: high quality, natural fibers, clothing cut well and almost everything is machine-washable. The prices are not cheap but reasonable, especially with the occasional sales. For their products alone, I would give GH 5 stars. However, GH shipping fees are exorbitant (and were recently raised). As far as I know, GH is alone among major retailers in determining shipping fees on a tiered basis -- the higher your total, the higher the shipping. My last order, which included bedding, ended up with $20 in shipping fees (as might an order with an expensive necklace, so it's not a weight issue). If I order a top that doesn't suit me, I might pay $14 shipping, and then $9 return shipping -- $23 in shipping fees alone! I don't mind paying for shipping, but a flat rate would be more sensible and in line with other retailers. They do offer free shipping coupons occasionally, but those can only be used with regular-priced items; for those who can only afford GH items on sale, these coupons are useless.

Accurate description of the garment, reasonable delivery, good quality material of the garment. Good service all around!

Delivery was slow. The product is overpriced.

The sweater was beautiful, but I don't understand the sizing. I bought a medium, which according to the measurements should fit, but it was huge. I think maybe the image on the model was clipped in the back to make it seem more fitted.

It came in a timely manner. Easy to use return/exchange label.
