I have just received my second order from Garraways and It was delivered in under 24hrs from the time of order as was my first order. I find them an excellent company to buy from.

Never had a single problem with this company! Always deliver fast and efficient with all my items correctly. Will continue to get my business supplies from this company. Highly recommend.

I actually really like the coffee I bought but I won't be a returning customer as quite frankly, I've never encountered such an apathetic company. I have made complaints and received nothing - not even an acknowledgement.
I had quite some trouble with the courier they elected to use (they are using a large lorry to deliver things in a residential area and surprise, surprise found nowhere to park). The difference is, the courier communicated with me and were apologetic, Garraways has not had the common courtesy to even return my emails.

If you're prepared to put up with pretty much zero in the way of customer service then their own brand coffee is actually pretty good.

Ordered an item for next day delivery to only be told the following day that the item was out of stock and would be on back order for a week, then got told it was discontinued.

Cancelled the order still waiting for refund after more than a month. Started paypal dispute but they haven't even bothered to reply to that.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

Not the first time I have experienced delivery delays with this company, phoned the company three times today trying to find out where my order is and asking for an explanation why the order is late. No real explanation offered as to why it wasn't delivered within the 48hr window, allegedly delivery will arrive today but writing this review at 3.45pm I'm expecting to be further disappointed.

Update, Called Garraways back at 4.50pm only to be told I had waited in for nothing as the delivery was never on its way today.. So both Shannon in dispatch and Chris in customer service misled me.

NB, don't expect a timely call back from the service team as they claim handling delivery queries is complicated, better to hold on the phone and they seem to be able to get an answer within a minute

Not a good customer service at all. just thinking about money.Expensive cpmpare with the other online company. I do NOT recommend doing business with them.I'm sure other companies care far more about customer service than this one does.

Received the syrups and gave them as a gift for Christmas. When they were opened, 3 of them were mouldy and the other 3 stunk really bad! I contacted garraways, but since the "paypal" time limit expired, they had no problem providing VERY rude customer service. The service rep (Erika) refused to give a refund, refused to send replacements, and didn't even bother to offer me ANY incentive to stay with their company (voucher, apologies, nothing!). Then, she basically accused me of lying about my situation.

This is very surprising, most business (especially in this economy) try to keep customers. Clearly this one cared more that my paypal time to open a dispute had expired than they did about my custom or situation.

I do NOT recommend doing business with them. EVER. Go somewhere else. I'm sure other companies care far more about customer service than this one does.
