Garton King called out to rectify a problem with my Electric Aga. They were unable to respond for 2 months then failed to diagnose the problem satisfactorily, left the unit disfunctional, charged me but refused to return. I have since experienced a much more competent and professional approach from Spillers of Chard who I would recommend.
I recently bought a new Aga from Garton King who were fantastic in every way, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and attentive. I can honestly say that the whole experience was perfect and the team have all been great. My old Aga was carefully dismantled and removed and the new one delivered very promptly and installed in no time. It really looks absolutely stunning in blush pink! Thank you to everyone at Garton King! 😊
Knowledgable and helpful both technically and aesthetically. A few problems with Lacanche Stove but promptly and efficiently dealt with. Note that Lacanche have had some shocking reviews but we have found them outstanding. Would very much recommend both.
When they installed the Aga, they wired it so it will "overheat" and "damage the electrics" but apparently that's "alright". Dangerously incompetent in my opinion. Customer service is just as bad, with no response to even basic questions despite three months time.
