The colors on the website are fake

I bought a backpack from them last year. The color on the website was fake. What I ordered on their website was a shade of brown that I really liked, what I received was the color I hated.

The owner has commented under my review. Perhaps, the owner should improve the quality of their products, instead of searching online and trying to delete negative reviews.
