Nice hotel

Nice hotel, and nice staff.
The Roms are nice, and Big.
The cleaning is okay ( turkish standart ) and they come everyday.
There is a Big problem with getting a sunbed, because, people put their towel out on the sunbed, at 07.00 in the morning, and dont always use it.
There is to loud Music most off the time.
But good location, by dolmus, and shops, and walking distance to old town.

Rest with family in this hotel in…

Rest with family in this hotel in September this year. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it upsets the quality of service. Cleaning the rooms leaves much to be desired. Very noisy staff, break into the rooms when they want, in English do not understand anything. Breakfast is monotonous, the husband had problems with his stomach. But in general, the price corresponds to quality, the territory is nice, the location is good

Hard to get a sunbed that isn't in the shade until 2pm

The hotel itself was good for what we paid and everwhere was nice and clean, rooms were made up daily, the pool was a nice good size and the staff were all very pleasant. What let's this place down is all the hidden costs of things such as the fridge, kettle, sunbed mattresses, room WiFi. The evening entertainment was also terrible, if you call the "staff dance" entertainment then get yourself here.they just did a repetitive dance in the middle and the belly dancer was just turkish woman jiggling about. The breakfast that was included is Turkish, im sorry but who wants sliced meat, cheese and salad for breakfast? If you go here, prepare to save a sunbed early as half of the beds are in the shade until 2pm. Overall for £370 for a week, I didnt expect anything amazing

This complex is a 2 star but should be…

This complex is a 2 star but should be much more.
My daughter and I had a week there and it was wonderful. My daughter has allergies so we went self catering so we were given an apartment.
Wow it was really big and could sleep 6 people.
The apartment was very clean but not 5 star and the beds were a little hard.
We had 2 balconies, a kettle, fridge and a toaster
The safe and air conditioning were extra but I knew this because I read it on their website.
If you wanted WI-FI in your room it was extra £1 a day but wasn’t very good but the free WI-FI in the bar was fine.
The bar staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. They understood my daughter’s allergies and help us a lot.
The pool was cleaned every day and there was plenty of sun beds ( the usual towels on early happened) but you could always get a space somewhere.
There is an all inclusive choice here but some people who chose this option said not to bother as the food was always the same.
There are so many restaurants near by you really don’t need all inclusive here.
We did eat in the bar quite often and it was beautiful and very fresh.
There are lots of plants and fruit trees around the pool which could do with a little cutting back but they do provide shade for people who need it. There are also pads for the sun beds for a fee but was very cheap.
I spoke to a lot of people around the pool each day and many of them return to this complex every year and I can understand why. it is lovely!
