Very poor service and disappointing after such great service in the past. Sad to see that they had decided to close the store after so long, but happy that they had decided to continue trading on line. I ordered some brake pads from them on line, but immediately realised I ordered the wrong ones. Emailed them to cancel the order as they did not have the pads I needed on line, but no response. The pads arrived and I have then tried numerous times to contact them by phone and email but to no avail. Shame they have decided to hide behind the internet and not recognise their respjnsibility as an on-line retailer.

Appalling service - ordered and paid for some Campag spares, they phoned me 10 days later to say they couldn’t find the item and would refund my money but over 2 weeks later, in spite of me sending two email reminders, I still haven’t had the money or even a response. Whether this is due to dishonesty or incompetence I’ve no idea but either way they are to be avoided!

Sent email with regards to an item listed on website. Did not bother to reply but changed website status on item asked about. Clearly very poor customer service.

In the last couple of years I have bought four bikes here for my family. I can't recommend them enough.

Very poor. Did not listen to the customer and follow the given instructions, did not call to say the bike was ready, had to go back to get the work done right, and charged again despite complaining that it cost me time to return. Noted that the shop was empty on a Saturday, and there was £200 single speeds for sale on the shop floor. Big problems here.

Absolutely dreadful company, they couldn't care less about customer service, one star is too good for this mob. I ordered high end frame at £1,900 and now require gear hanger for the frame. The gear hanger is only available via the manufacturer and despite several requests I have had no response. Would never buy from this shower again.
