Crooks. They stole from my elderly neighbor in a wheel chair. They knew she was alone and disabled so they took advantage of her. So sad to know she was taken advantage of. It was so sad, our leasing manager sent an email to distance themselves from the company and to warn the rest of us to not do business with them.

I wish I stumbled across these reviews before booking this company to help me move. I was originally told that the base moving fee would be $195 for 2 hours with an extra $50 for each additional hour, which was much cheaper than I found anywhere else. I figured that should not be an issue, since I only needed to move a few pieces of furniture and 5 large boxes from different units within the same apartment building. However, after they (Gustavo Guanilo and a younger gentleman) arrived for the scheduled appointment, we went over the contract which included a $70 service fee, which was not originally mentioned. Then, after they moved my boxes to literally the next floor, they added on an extra $120 for an extra hour, even though it took them way less than 2 hours to move everything. According to them, they had to factor in the travel time to get to my apartment! They also added on this phony policy stating that jobs in Virginia could not be shorter than 4 hours, and charged me extra for that, too. So, instead of the original $200 I was expecting to pay, they wanted over $500. The best part is, they wanted all of that money immediately IN CASH!!! Even though their website clearly states they take all forms of credit card, they said that the would charge me way more if I waited to pay. At this point, Gustavo refused to leave and even threatened to eat my cat if I didn't comply. I finally left my apartment to grab cash and managed to "talk them down" to $430.

On top of all that, they were incredibly difficult to get in touch with, and most communication happened over text. They did not even leave me with a copy of the "contract" they waved around during the visit. Now, they will no longer receive my calls.

They are also not registered with the US Department of Transportation since their USDOT number is inactive. They have no insurance.

Long story short, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I have no idea how they are still in business. The estimated quotes might sound great, but you'll end up paying way more in the long run! Use a different, more reliable company.
