Fast handling times and well packed.
Never had any issue buying from here, generally will buy all my games from here now, aside from the odd game I want as a pre-order ( not many pre-order options here ).
They have a large selection of harder to find games, compared to the larger chain stores.
Prices are always decent too.

Beware
Purchased a Pokemon TCG Crown Zenith Shiny Zacian Premium Collection box as a gift. The box was delivered wrapped only in clear bubble wrap - no other packaging! This not only spoilt the surprise for my son but allowed the box to get damaged during delivery.
