It's ironic that their tagline is "expect the unexpected" as they billed me for an annual 'maintenance fee' which I'd never agreed to, I only requested a one-time activation of my alarm.
But apparently they managed to hide a clause in the contract and when I wanted to cancel, the notice period is 6 (!!) months.
