I bought this, as I just needed a small and less than bulky piece of kit to run a couple of keyboards through, with a reverb unit attached. After wiring up a mono to stereo headphone adapter jack lead to the output, (which is mono). I found the MX400 great to use as a practice headphone mixer amp. The pre- amp in the MX400 is extremely good and delivers a very strong signal out, with no noise detected, so is also good for anyone with a limited amount of inputs on a external sound card going into a DAW. A very inexpensive and useful item to have in your tool kit. Great product....As are all Behringer equipment I've used.....

Its a good product, very simple and does exactly what it says it will do for a mini mixer. Unfortunately it has a mono output, which I didn't consider a problem as I was only plugging mono synths into it. But then naturally when I plug my headphones in (DT 770's) I'm only hearing through one side. Can't seem to find a way to split the signal to both cans without buying other cables, begging the question - why not buy a stereo mixer in the first place? Saying all that, my iLoud monitors have no problem with the single and I get output from both speakers. Swings and Roundabouts. So I am using it.
