Impressive, or what?
Had seen many reviews about the Cloudburst Reverb pedal, sounds great, so got one. I am real impressed with it; smooth and lush reverb at setting one, then at setting two, goes from soft to very usable overtones. Setting three is a wild ride at max, but rein it in and it is a very impressive, massive soundscape. I used this on the chorus only to huge effect, sounds like an orchestra in a box at your feet - am loving it!

As a new ukulele player I can only ssy what I have said in the comments above
I can not comment on the ukulele too much as I am only learning but I like the look of it and the tone sounds good when I get the cords right. The delivery service was excellent and my friend who is teaching me thinks the tone is good and like myself he is impressed by the look of it.

First-rate customer experience
The customer experience with this product was first-rate - I needed this product as a desperate urgent replacement before playing at an event and had urgent important questions to ask about it, as well as an issue with the email address I entered when buying. When I called customer service about the product, I got through straight away to someone friendly who gave me exactly the information I needed. When I emailed due to the problem with email confirmation, I got a reply straight away with the problem fixed as well. This all happened within the space of 24 hours before I had to get on a plane with the equipment and I'm so grateful for this excellent customer service. Thank you!

This is the second instrument I've purchased from them. For the first instrument, actually visited their main store to test the product in person and the team was super approachable and helpful.
